Remains found on a trail leading from S. Cox Street into the Spanish War Memorial Park.
Found lying face down under a platform in the park. Reportedly the victim was traveling with Farrow Shows and was in Memphis for the fair at the time of death.
Circumstance Notes
Prior to his death, victim had mentioned that he was from El Paso, Texas.
