11:24am - Judge says Walker is a favorable candidate for alternative sentencing (probation). “I think he can be rehabilitated.”

11:23am - Judge says “I think offense itself, the diversion will not be granted.” Judge now talking about alternative sentencing.

11:20am - Judge sentences Walker to 2 yrs for 6 counts of criminally negligent homicide. 4 yrs for 11 counts of reckless aggravated assault. 1 yr for 7 counts of assault, 2 years for felony reckless endangerment, 6 mo for reckless driving, 30 days for using a portable device.

Thank you. I was asking because I wanted to post all the tweets that were in the article, not part of the text of one tweet. All of the tweets took up most of the article, maybe 90%. I have seen posts where numerous tweets are posted from the URL twitter program but I am not a member of that.
 
UPDATE - On Monday June 11 2018 Judge denied a motion for a shorter sentence for Walker who is still out on bond pending an appeal.

Three days later on Thursday night June 14 2018 (last night) Johnthony Walker was arrested and charged with statutory aggravated rape in Nashville (Davidson County) where he is now being held on a $350,000 bond.

Out on bond pending appeal?? WTF??? They need to lock him up and throw away the key.
 
I saw this today and could not believe he was out on bond. The article I read said, " affidavit which says Walker admitted to having sex with a 14-year-old girl." I am beyond words. Don't people know this type of behavior is wrong? That child could not consent and he was driving a bus with kids for a school. I'll stop before I get banned :rolleyes:
