As for the investigation, on one of the threads, it said some items were taken into evidence (i don't know if that is the right word?).

Any case that starts as a missing person, especially if the person is a young child missing from home, seems to have the potential that the efforts to find the child might interfere with a later effort to solve... Since we don't really know what happened to SW... I have to say the mystery. I am not being disrespectful, it is just i don't know if any crime occurred. And, even if it did, i don't know exactly where the evidence would be.

If SW was at the end of the driveway and was taken, there would not be any evidence in the house or the camper or any of the vehicles (owned by her family). Just an example of what I mean.
