i wonder if anyone has a picture of the girl who looked exactly like Tabitha. She had bleach blonde hair and was wearing something pink in the picture. I was wondering if they ever determined if the girl was Tabitha or not. I posted a link on AMW, but its not there anymore.
 
I am hoping the spirit of Christmas, and time, will bring forth someone who knows something. I KNOW there are people out there with more information. As of right now I am the only local journalist on this story full-time, and I am working with my editor on making this case headline news for examiner.com. We just went national, so I am hoping this helps. I am also working with other sources...
I told Tabitha I would bring the truth to light. And I will.

a friend of mine sent me an email and told me she was watching the noon addition of newschannel 5 and said they were saying that the tuders have had the best lead yet. in referrence to a picture they have viewed of a girl that they believe is tabitha, they say they think that this is there child? the news cast runs at 5pm here in nashville tn at 4pm they are going to show the picture I think... the website for channel five is

this is my first time posting one of these, so forgive if I have done it wrong. Local news tonight reporting that she may be in Las Vegas working as an escort and though investigators are initially ruling it out, family believes it may be her.

One of the many theories surrounding Tabitha's disappearance was that she was kidnapped and then sold into the underground sex trade.

The family saw a picture of a woman named Brie on the Web site of a Las Vegas-based adult business. If she is still alive, Tabitha would be 20 years old.

The family said the girl named Brie has a similar birth mark to their missing daughter.

Also, there is the double-jointed thumb, a Tuders family trait, along with similar looking teeth.

Using a morph program, the Tuders said Brie and Tabitha’s faces are also very similar.

Candlelight Vigil for Tabitha Tuders marks 7th year missing

April 29, 2010 marks the 7th year a little girl went walking down the street to her bus stop and never came home again. A candlelight vigil will be held in remembrance on Thursday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at Bailey Middle School in east Nashville.

Tabitha Danielle Tuders is remembered with much love by all of her friends and neighbors. One neighbor knows Tabitha as a sweet little girl who helped her get through the death of a spouse. Another neighbor remembers Tabitha as having a sense of humor – even as a little child. Her brother, Kevin, laughs when he thinks of Tabitha’s love of Dr. Pepper and Slim Jim beef sticks. And her best friend in school can recall Tabitha’s giggle and innocence.

A NASCAR driver is now getting involved in the disappearance of Tabitha Tuders.

Kevin Conway is stepping in to help Metro police. He will have Tabitha's pictures, along with reward and police information, on the trunk of his car when he races at the Nashville Superspeedway next weekend.
