It's possible that she still hasn't reconciled that their marriage ended because she wouldn't buy the Scientology garbage. She's probably in shock that he chose Scientology over her. I truly cannot believe she still loves him, though, unless the private Tom is a totally different person than the goon I've seen on TV for the last year. IMO, she's far too good for the likes of him.

Silly me, I thought that since she is their MOTHER and a little thing like the law and parental rights would ensure that she got to see her children.

Scientology may have clout, and plenty of it, but it is not the law.


ETA: She's had years to proclaim Tom's virtues and her undying love, but why now? After his supposed block buster didn't fare well opening weekend? Backlash from the joke that is TomKat? So that didn't work, let's drag out the ex for some positive PR?

There has also been talk about the wedding coming up for Tom and Katie. Maybe with all the rumors about trouble between them, Nic might be sending him a message not to marry Katie and come back to her. Who the heck knows with the strange world of Hollywood!!?!?

Nicole doesn't say she's IN love with him - only that she STILL loves him. I can understand that - they have children together. I'd be willing to bet she said she still loves him in the sense that he's her children's father and will always be a part of her life because of that.

Personally, I think she's a class act who has put her children's feelings and well being before all else. I doubt we will ever hear a negative word out of her mouth about Tom and I'd be willing to bet she's got plenty of them!

I went back to the site and read a few things that I missed--be sure to read the police report--clickable at right of page. I am still reading there.

I read the Police Report first thing since I saw last nights show. Now, it says he was talking to his two year old, had to calm her down..........does that make sense?

Why would a two year old be all upset, she was just a toddler and wouldn't even understand what was going on He mentions she was trying to turn around to see out the back window to see what he was looking at.

I get it that she's said good things about him in the past, but not in the last year, when Tom was jumping on couches, buying a sonogram machine, arguing with Matt Lauder on national t.v., getting up in Brooke Shields' business about ppd and anti-depressants, etc. That's what I'm talking about.
