I would think the parade organizers have the option of excluding him? I hope they do.

I have a relative who knows the F family and has been at a private family function. When I was speaking with them last spring, I said I thought ROFO was nothing but a "big buffoon". They laughed uproariously and said "it's the perfect word for him". That shirt would seem to indicate we aren't the only ones who hold that opinion.

Mayor allegedly doing coke and oxycontin along with drunk driving on several occasions when he was severely intoxicated, once a rider asked to be let out so he could get home on his own. MUST READ!!!

When he got back to City Hall following his intoxicated evening at the bar, Ransom said Ford pushed staffers Brooks Barnett and Earl Provost because he was agitated they were telling him to go home.

MacKinnon said that Towhey told police Ford was very drunk on that St. Paddy’s Day at the Bier Markt and he was told by Provost that he saw Ford take OxyContin. Towhey was told Ford got into a physical altercation with two staffers back at his City Hall office that night.

Provost took him home in a taxi and when they got there, Ford then got into his car and drove off.

So he's drunk, possibly high on coke AND does oxy and takes off in his car. Wow.

Man, this story is unreal. It's like the kids from American Pie were turned into city officials after some kind of freak science experiment went wrong. How did this guy become mayor in the first place, everyone should have known what his maturity level was?

I'm not from Toronto but I heard he did do some good things for the city. One was cut property taxes. Maybe our fellow posters from Toronto can give us some insight.

No, he didn't cut property taxes. He promised he would, but will have to raise them in order to pay for the Scarborough subway extension.

Toronto property taxes aren't that high in my opinion anyway. Cities along the outskirts pay more than Torontonians do (e.g. 1% in Durham region versus 0.74% in Toronto). If people actually vote for him again to save $60 on taxes then I just don't know what to think or say. JMO

It appeared that they were hiding what they were doing.” The Bier Markt employee said a Ford staffer later told him not to tell anyone what he’d seen that night. Mr. Christopolous later told police “there are some allegations that the mayor did a ‘bump’ off his wrist while at the bar.”
