If this guy saw her as a suicide risk, as he claims he had to be careful due to suicidal tendencies, why was she never on suicide watch?? This is all just unreal.

I pray that a jury member asks this question.

that she's never truthful including in her diary. Plus, do we even know if they were written exactly as she claims? At those points in time? She clearly likes to make herself look good and I have no doubt that she wrote in that vein even in her diary. I also just don't think we should ever be relying on the self serving words of a killer who's a pathological liar.

I can't wait until Juan gets HIS expert on the stand. This two bit pseudo psychology will go down hard.

This guy is basing much of his theory on her diary entries. We already know, and Jodi herself does not deny it, that she doesn't enter everything into her little chronicles. So he is not getting the full picture. It's the Diary Defense now...:D

I do like it when he keeps calling her the perp though.

I don't know. My mom recently found my old journals and diaries and returned them. I didn't write anything violent or negative either. Mostly I wrote about crushes I had, and heartbreak and then true love :heartbeat: and then more heartbreak...etc etc.

I don't think many teen girls write anything violent in their diaries.

Guess he missed, "There's something off with that boy."

that is that he's not the one : ( I've spent

is so awful and causes rediculous [sic] pain. (I keep

Actually, not true. Travis seemed mildly
remorseful, but that was it. I'm going to stop
writing about this right now. It's of no benefit.
I could just rip out the last few pages, but I'll
refrain from doing that."

Nothing negative here. No anger. Pure 'pacifism' - sheesh.

She only likes to expose her icky bits (can't be unseen) <shudder> for a camera or anyone with a kick stand.

LOL Ha HA HA...
"ICKY BITS:

LOL.. I need to visit the kitty pan now

De-realization?

De-association?

He's as bad as his patient and her de-edification...

I had to laugh when he said the questions were TRUE/FALSE :floorlaugh:

I cracked up as well. Are these PTSD tests for criminals, pathological liars and psychopaths or for police offers, military personnel and those that have been subjected to traumatic life events through no fault of their own ??!!

The inmates are running the asylum, wtf?!:what:

These were ripped out of the journal remember??? How convenient huh?

If she suffers from PTSD shouldn't she be seeking treatment of some sort? She testified that she didn't have any "mental issues" so the logical assumption is that this "problem" isn't being taken care of. I hope Juan brings this up in cross, or better yet, hopefully one of the jurors will ask the good doc a question pertaining to this. Perhaps the same juror who initially asked about her "issues".

At around the 26:25 mark, she answers the juror question about "memory issues".

At around 31:25, she answers the questions about her "mental condition".

For those who are still scratching their heads about the loaded/unloaded gun, she answers gun questions at 21:30 and 27:56.

For those of you who just need to have a little laugh, she talks about her work being hung next to a Monet at 29:30.

Maybe I'm missing something on the court docket or maybe it's not there yet, but all I'm seeing next week for trial is Monday.

:waitasec:

continuing character assassination of the man she murdered will not lend the jury towards mercy. To me, it should be an aggravating factor that permit he death penalty. I'm still irked as heck that the judge let all that in, especially to the extent she did. I really wonder if she would have let a female victim be trashed like that? I really think there's some gender bias going on here and I don't usually offer that as an excuse for things.

Why spare her life? Jurors know she's still trying to kill Travis. It did not go unnoticed that Jodi's defense is to keep killing Travis, his reputation, his family and friends, the Mormon community, and her own family just to get out of the DP. Despicable behavior has not made me, and probably jurors, feel sympathetic, IMO.

Do teens even use paper and pens anymore? They sure cannot spell. Their new diaries are Twitter, text messages & Facebook!
