If I'm not mistaken the doctor testified earlier that he saw her about a dozen times for a total of 25 - 30 hours, oh and he read her diaries. Doesn't seem like much considering she's been in jail about 1400+ days. And yet, there he is testifying and talking like he's been treating her for years

What a bunch of poo.

I want to know if she has been treated for anything.

She seems to have it made in jail with all of her enabler groupies.

IMO

disgusting - she let it in.
i'm so disappointed - and angry

.

.

This is disgusting. I knew when the DT backed out of hearing this morning, they were doing it because they were going backdoor and sneak it all in anyway. The judge has allowed them to do it all trial.

This sounds like what I would expect in the sentencing phase.

He lost his credibility unnecessarily .. she admitted to the cover up. Big mistake.

acute stress in wondering whether she was going to get caught that is, wondering if she'd done a good enough cover up job

I was diagnosed with COMPLEX PTSD which you'd have to look up to see how it's different from PTSD...The only things I suffer from are flashbacks of abusers and a very heightened awareness of bad men in my immediate area. I don't shake, black out, kill people, etc. I WANTED to kill abusers but...I didn't because I knew that would be a bad thing. I'm 100% sure maam arias, does not suffer from PTSD, never did. I'm sure what he's talking about as far as Arias and PTSD is called extreme anger against Travis or whomever didn't "comport" with her desires. I'm going to have to write this idiot a nasty gram for sure.

As I've pointed out too, it isn't uncommon for abuse survivors to have a visceral reaction to recounting, or being confronted with, details of their own abuse. No PTSD dx even required. It's something your body simply reacts to all on its own - probably some way of your body seeking to protect itself. When I have a similar reaction I shake, get an extremely bad, stabbing headache, become nauseous, light headed, and begin hyperventilating.

The fact that we saw no such reaction, or ANY reaction, recounting what should be horrific details of abuse is very telling to me.

Even PTSD sufferers and abuse survivors with the most flattened of emotional responses can't control their own bodies when such a reaction occurs. Not that I've seen anyway...and usually the flat emotions are in response to other areas of their life - not their own history of abuse.

I think Wilmott wanted to sneak it in so the jury can hear him object to it and think he wants something hidden, as opposed to dealing with it in a closed hearing. It won't work.

I don't like Wilmott. She tries too hard to be Miss Lawyer Lady and it comes off phony.

Yeah I like her as much as I like jodi and nurmi! :furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:

Of COURSE you know where he was going, Willmott! Ugh... I can't with this. I need to step outside and scream.

HAHA ... She's a photographer... funny... and you, Miss Willmott are an attorney.

She's not a photographer .. she's a high school drop out who pretended to be one.

Where is any evidence of JA ever being tied up that day?
