I have a feeling that his career as an evaluator in court cases could be over after this trial. I think Dr.Compassionate should of stuck with trials that arent high profile cases. :floorlaugh:

Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer

I am told that Maricopa County Superior Court is getting more than 1,100 calls per month about Arias case, like asking to talk to the judge.

Probably asking her why she is letting the DT write a blank check. Everyone is on a budget nowadays, no reason she cannot make this more efficient.
This asking of the same questions that the Jury just had explained to them, ad infinitum, is wasteful in the extreme. She could set a limit on that IMO.

Is he saying her lie didn't matter because it was remotely believable before forensics came back?

I'm sorry.... but being the actual KILLER should make a difference SOMEHOW!

And at times, some doctors might hand you some documents (that I prepared) LOL. Reading suggestions and we give it to all patients:

"Walk yourself to a lower cholesterol!"

"So your doctor says you have diabetes?"

"Eat yourself thin!"

:seeya:

I don't recall in 28 years him ever buying a patient any book. Ever.. They bring us gifts! food, tickets, things

Yes and/or they suggest that you GO BUY the book or have a family member or friend buy the material.

He changed (Samuels) the dynamics with JA (and she picked up on it) and it is reflected in his testimony and behavior on the stand.

Why didn't you administer the test again?

It didn't matter, Samuels says.
It didn't matter. It didn't matter.It didn't matter. It didn't matter.It didn't matter.

Jodi's answers on the PTSD test doesn't change how Samuels scores the test?

Samuels says it would change it somewhat under a hypothetical.

Samuels feels it was not critical because....lalalalalablblbla bla

The purpose of MY scoring to confirm MY hypothesis, no her lies didn't matter. For MY purposes her lies didn't matter. LOL. Right. Just admit that you would have scored it PTSD no matter what.

EXACTLY! He was paid to say she was beaten and suffered from PTSD so Mr Martinez what the heck are you asking me about a test my wife scored in my office when we were preparing for trial? I mean Jodi.

Nurmi looked so confused a minute ago ...
