I wonder how many men had her ruin them and their relationship with their children in court custody cases? Hope they can sue her.

That's what I'm thinking too. She weaseled her way into the system and has no doubt done a LOT of damage. I hope she can be held accountable for any lives she has ruined.

I never thought it possible to dislike a person so much it's almost physical. But this woman - and I use the term loosely - is a liar for greed and a bane for women. Even if she had PROOF that Jodi stalked Travis she would STILL somehow blame Travis because THAT is how a woman like her thinks. I am certain that MANY men left her "office" infuriated because this quack-a-mole just belittled and emasculated them, and they didn't deserve it. Humiliating someone is NOT the way to "help" them - at all!

Alyce I hope you are humiliated & disgraced and removed from any future speaking engagements by the DV community - who cares about ALL victims of DV - not just the ones who are female.

Your little man hating cheerleaders can tell you how wonderfully you "got over" on the prosecutor (which, by the way, would be a L I E), but the rest of us see you for what you are.

What does everyone think about maybe there is some truth to a pamplet being given and asking to get some help but instead of it being JA giving Travis information on getting help for being a pedo. it was Travis giving JA information on getting help for her controlling crazy behavior ?????????????

Actually in one of the police tapes with JAs Mom she mentions JA needs help that one of JAs friends called her and "HE SAID she's bipolar or something I saw a brochure something.."

Stalking doesn't always equal a restraining order. In her experience she should know a restraining order is only a piece of paper.

Yet if you turned the exact same situation around and had Travis doing that behavior then he'd be a stalker? This is infuriating.

According to this witness, since Travis didn't report anything regarding stalking, then there is no reason to believe it happened.

Yet, the throat slasher didn't seek any police help, Dr. care, or seek restraints regarding the "domestic violence", and she believes it all.

This woman is really a piece of work.

Her evidence = Travis overreacted during some verbal arguments, mostly through WORDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN (mostly in MAY of 2008 when they were separated and 1000 miles apart).

That's the meat of her evidence. TEXT MESSAGES from when they were 1000 miles apart. Ever heard of bitter breakups where verbal arguments increase dramatically? Jodi lies about the phantom woman at her restaurant to cover up her invasion of privacy and later tries to get a rise out of Travis by forwarding him an email "intended" for another man she was considering for a relationship. Travis was justifiably upset, MAY have pushed it a little with the verbal put downs, but in no way does this type of fighting through computer text corroborate Jodi's claims of physical violence when they were "together" and having "steamy sex" in Mesa.

One thing about Alyce, she is bringing DV against men to the forefront, in an indirect way. But, she is giving a green light to whacked stalkers everywhere watching this! Peeping into windows, sleeping in their beds, hacking into accounts....appalling...the attitude that the man had it coming, so kill him. BS.

She's undoing what she purports to have done with her life. Very poetic and just.

I swore I wasn't going to get into this trial after the KC debacle, but alas here I am. I can't stop watching because ALV looks, acts, dresses, and is exactly my mother. It's some vicarious vindication I'm getting seeing everyone say how impossible she is.

Of note, I know a man who was stalked (by someone he didn't know!) a few years ago. He was tormented by whether or not to file for a TRO or make police reports. This woman hounded him online and off, at his workplace, everything, and still he was worried he "made too big of a deal out of it." There was no question though - he'd never even met her until she forced herself into his life!
