Travis was co-dependent, doesn't mean he was a bad person. I bet he held a lot in and when he got mad, finally after not being able to say no, after doing and doing for needy people, he blew his top...doesn't mean he hit anyone but those close to him knew he had enough. Pushed those boundaries back. He also used humor, his greatest armor. I bet he got over being upset fast and didn't hold grudges, felt guilty for getting upset in the first place.

Good grief, people actually pay $2,000 + for her artwork? It takes quite an ego to put such a large price tag on your work.

Yes, I'm trying to sell my work but will be happy to get a buck fiddy for it....$2,000 sheesh! And people buy it! That's what I can't get over! A fool and his/her money, I suppose!

I think one of the main reasons ALV repels me is that I've heard women like her who berate other women for making their own choices. I have a Master's & I don't work and stay home with 3 kids.

So the "balance of power" favors my husband, according to ALV & I'm making a mistake by "throwing away" my education and intelligence and depending on a MAN. My mother is a woman much like ALV, so I've been criticized a lot about my choices.

I also don't appreciate someone who keeps stating her expertise is in domestic violience, yet gives talks about the error of teaching children that "God is masculine." She calls it a "mistake."

Um, if you are Christian, there's that guy called Jesus? He's male. I don't get it.

I thought feminists were supportive of all women's choices. It seems that to women like ALV, there are really some choices that are "right" and some that are "wrong."

A woman who speaks about the "Patriarchal Terrorism" that controls the minds and souls of women does not support women who choose to stay home with the children they have and to trust their husband.

I think that she's been in a small bubble too long and has lost her perspective on what is going on these days.

And how in the world can she keep referring to her "men's group?" She puts them in "time out?" She is emasculating.

I wonder how ALV classifies a man that gives up his career to stay at home with the kids so their mate could be bread winner? Would those men be pedophiles for wanting to be close to his children? You know changing diapers and playing dress up.

I see ALV being like a folksy grandma during the questions...talking to them (and down to them) in a kind but patience voice , and will take the time to explain her reasoning and pointing out her opinion is the correct one because Jodi only lied after she killed Travis..

I've never clicked on any of the ebay links to JA's art doodles (I try to avoid any link or site 'officially' affiliated w/her), but apparently ebay is no longer selling her "work"? I know that one of the women who often sits next to JA's mom in court is an artist (I use the term loosely), I saw some of her "work" and I'm wondering if she's involved in selling anything done by JA. Perhaps this is what the mit spec is passing back and forth between defendant and mother?

Is the prison that houses deathrow female inmates in Pheonix? I am hoping it is not. Hopefully it will be in an area that she doesn't know anyone, and noone will want to have to travel hours to see her.

I believe she'll go to Perryville Prison which is on the western edge of the Phoenix Metro Area (guessing I-10 & MC 85 roughly?) but I'm guessing majority of her family/supporters are NOT in Phoenix Metro area.

Perryville houses AZ Female Death Row they are housed in I believe an 8x5 cell for 23hrs a day & get 1 hour of "exercise" in what looks like 10x10 dog kennels with chicken wired tops & picnic bench.

She will have visitors. She will get on prisonpenpals and will have a bunch of Her groupies writing letters and sending her money. Believe it or not but some people that fall for the prisonpenpal thing really develop a relationship with the inmate. I could not understand it until my friend's husband kicked her to the curb after 15 years of marriage because he fell in love with an inmate several states away. It happens. Weird but does happen. In about 10 years, Jodi's fame and looks will be completely gone and then there will be fewer and fewer visitors other than family.
