Probably because she has mitigated her culpability via Ann Cambell and her sister Donnavan Bering who are ultimately producing the transmissions. .

I agree. I post pics from the trial sometimes but I'd never post pics of Travis's family. Their life is already exposed enough. Thinking more about it though, maybe I am adding to JA's notoriety with her pics in the meantime though.

I still just don't get why ALV can give her opinion of text messages between Travis and other people but the jury can't see the interrogation tapes of her parents. Especially them saying she never tells them the truth.

I'm pretty sure any of us on here could consult with the judge for 10 minutes each trail day and help her with this stuff. Judging is her gig. Being efficient is not her strong suit.

It is REALLY easy for me to believe that JA would go against her lawyers wishes and tweet thru Donovan. That's her MO.

FoxNews is currently running a story that has an interview with Donovan standing on the stairs outside the courtroom.

Donovan very matter-o-factly states that JA calls on phone from the jail and they discuss what will be tweeted out for the day.
(paraphrasing) "JA will say 'yeah, let's tweet this' or 'no, lets not tweet that'."
Like a nicely tuned PR team.

The TH's that discussed the tweets coming from JA thru D. --- they said that it is not illegal under Arizona law.
D. has 1st Amendment Right to tweet whatever.

I know the jail monitors all inmate phone calls ... So it must be legal for JA to dictate to her supporters whatever message she wants to get out.

This just all seems so wrong to me. Apparently it's all legal though.

Somebody posted the jail's telephone policy and this is a clear violation as to 3rd party calls (well, clear if you consider tweeting is like a conference call).
BUT Donovan is running the risk of getting a probation violation for assisting. Go get 'em Sheriff Joe. :jail:

I've thought this before but hadn't commented until now. You pointed out the way JA staged the crime scene. Not only did she drag TA back into the shower, but he was posed to be completely exposed with his legs spread wide for additional shock value to his friends who would inevitably discover his corpse.

The most despicable murderers have done the same behavior after killing their victims and posing their corpses in sexually open and debasing postures.
