A few sighs are heard in the courtroom as Willmott approaches the lectern.

Travis made a comment about JA sounding like a 12 year old girl because SHE SOUNDS LIKE A TWELVE YEAR OLD GIRL with her baby voice.

That is all he said... but the the DT is making it sinister, perverted...

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:furious: :furious:

Good lord, I have a feeling this follow up is going to go on FOREVER :banghead:

I'm not a lawyer, though I do watch A LOT of Law & Order, but you would think those jury questions would be enough for the DT to stop the bleeding & get ALV off the stand, post haste!

Anyone who was feeling nervous about her getting to the jury....

Do you feel better now?? :great:

It's just going to get better in rebuttal too!!! :rocker:

I would like to say I do. But, I would have bet the farm on that other trial (CA). I will never make that mistake again.

Wilmott is desperate. She would be better served, IMO, if she sat down and shut up.

Kicking your mother at ANY age is disgusting. My TODDLER knows better! This jury soo rocks.

Good luck Wilmott trying to put Humpty together again.

By the way, was the kicking not something that happened in her late 20's??

Please what was the manifesto jury question? Theis room is moving so fast I may have missed.

The Q was something like 'In your testimony you referred to a Manifesto of Jodi's. What was it/what did it say?

The Answer was something like 'I've heard of it but I've never seen it so I don't know what it is/what it says'
