who had a meltdown?

are you referring to Wilmott's performance?

if so.. yeah that was epic-ly strange

My head was about to explode because she was talking so fast. It reminded me of one of those cartoons where the voices are sped up!:floorlaugh:

OK I was here when we started but conked right out. Just woke up and now JW is talking so fast I literally reloaded my feed with this puzzled look on my face thinking that it has sped up.

Why is Jennifer talking SO FAST?

JW is such a nit picky, meticulous person and she doesn't ever seem to see when she needs to tweak her plans.

I used to work with nurses like this. A patient would be bleeding profusely and the nurse would be hunting for an alcohol wipe prior to giving the drug to stop it. JUST GIVE IT, for the love of Pete!!!

If a trial drags on and on and on...
usually the person on trial?
goes free....
gets convicted?

when both sides finally say;
" I have no more Questions"

I might faint or somthin...:)

If Jodi truly is BPD, today will tell. JW just went from being Glenda to the Wicked Witch of the West in her eyes, I bet.

I was just about to post and say reality may be setting in for JA then I see her smirking at someone. I can't work out who it is. She seems to be looking past Nurmi...

My first thought was why doesn't Nurmi step in a end this re-direct of the witness since it is obvious that the longer she remains on the stand, the worse it is getting.

Maybe Nurmi wants Wilmott to crash and burn...:great:

Leyte, totally OT but I just watched the video here for the first time and laughed my you kno what off!!!

Jw w/ALV . . .

kicked, slapped, strangled easy for people to remember without write down
yes

burst of anger - 5/26 text - #450 . . even start where there seems to be some anger noted - 4:03pm . .. TA going on calling her names . . .we don't see an end to it until 9:17 - about 5 hrs. . . even though not message back and forth every minute - JA able to contain his anger

in the IM's even more character assassination begins - longer than burst of anger . . .consider this in ALV eval.

aware JA threatened to expose TA for his pedophiliac activity
not aware of that
one time comment over the phone . . . at no other time threatened to do that . .important to know?
yes

objection-approach

Hi all : Just tuning in - did Jodi place the two water pitchers in front of her or were they like that?

Are you thinking we should watch for any bulges under her blouse?:floorlaugh:

I so like when they constantly repeat THAT word in regard to little non-manipulative, character assassinated Jodi.

Hey Wilmott, keep on repeating the names Travis called Jodi. You've told them about a hundred times now. Guess what? They don't care. They think Jodi is a stalking murderer!

How I wish my character assassination had been limited to only me reading it! I lost several friends who believed my ex's nonsense and relations are still strained with a couple of family members, even years later.

Her definition of it is just ludicrous.

yep :fence:

Wow, I just looked at Nurmi for the first time and did a double-take because of his tie - I thought he had his shirt wide open in front. Holy Cow! I think I could use more coffee.

She does something like that every day- it's her way of being provocative.
She HAS to let the public know she is superior in all ways and can get away with things if she chooses.
She knows the camera is on her, so she will put things on her lap, hide stuff-
something different every day.

It's like watching a monkey in a cage.

I honestly don't think that Juan needs to ask any further questions of this witness. Knowing when to quit when you're ahead is one of the hallmarks of a great trial lawyer (Definition: See JM, antonym KN and JW).

Why is Wilmott wasting time rehashing the jury's questions? They get it, she cannot change their minds at this point.

Booby prize for ALV
(costume only - darling kitty NOT included!):

I wonder what Alyce would think about us and our sick sense of humor? We'd be on her list of character assassination on her integrity...which she has none at this point in time. Sorry ALV you put yourself out there people will talk and judge don't blame us if your career takes a nose dive.
