But this sometimes seems like she's learning as she goes. I can almost imagine Judge Stephens 'guiding' her along during sidebars.

Imagine a prospective client weighing his or her options when it comes to choosing JW or another person as their attorney.

Would you go with JW based on her performance in this trial to date?

hang on, I thought I read on here that there were 7 tapes just a couple of days ago (which was a bombshell for me) but now JW is saying just the one call? I'm confused again

I've been thinking about this. Because they are calling back the audio guy.

I think the tape that we heard was a string of 5 of the 7. I remember something about her saying she had to hit save or record every once in awhile to make sure it saved. I also remember during the call actually hearing pauses or something. I think they decided that 2 of 7 were not relevant, thus not heard.
