What is the purposeful 'glasses on/glasses off' that Jodi is displaying? I can't figure this out but it's quite obvious it's being done on purpose.

How positively offensive. "let's see if we can get through this"

like Dr D is the problem???????????

jeeze JW, you are horrible, truly horrible as a trial lawyer.

And FFS quit asking the witness where the hell you are in your questioning.

That's how it should be. However, some of the more pointless questioning often appears to me to be fighting just to fight. I honestly can't believe we even spent time on the copyright questioning. Showing it to Juan to discuss the meaning of the test would NOT be a copyright violation. To act as if it were, while placing it on the overheard, struck me as fighting just to fight. But, who knows, maybe I missed the higher purpose in that questioning?

While she is arguing to be arguing because she doesn't have anything else, didn't she show her own expert, Samuel infringe on copyright of the testers because he copied and typed the questions when he gave the test to Arias then charge the state for the test instead of ordering the test packet from the company? lol That is what cracks me up. Nothing like calling kettle black.

Just my little ol observation

Did it just come out that Samuels scored her with a personality disorder NOS?

When JW showed this expert the test, JD found something very irregular. I wish JD would have blurted what she noticed. Oh well, confident that JD will inform Martinez.

Oh my, wait a minute, she didn't need 5 minutes to shuffle through her things to find her documents? What kind of Doctor is she anyway? <sarcasm off>

I love how organized dr demarte is.puts alv and dr samuels to shame

:seeya:

Did Wilmot just say Samuels diagnosed JA with acute ptsd? TIA

Maybe JA is playing at looking disturbed now, since this credible witness has diagnosed her as mentally ill.

I wondered last night if that diagnosis might ironically save her life. She's fit to stand trial and isn't pleading insanity, but a juror who would rather go with LWOP than the DP might be able to hang their hat on a solid diagnosis.

Well she is nuts. But she isn't insane.

Jodi is itchy today. She keeps scratching her face. Once even with the middle finger.

MCMI produces a rule out diagnosis . . things to consider

MCMI - Dr. Samuels - he diagnosed Axis 1 - PTSD - acute
Axis 1 - Anxiety D/O

Axis 2 - based on MCMI - personality D/O NOS (a presence of one but not specifically indicating borderline)

TSI . . . conducted and hand scored - don't get computer print out . . . have the hand scores with her today - pull them out

Scale scores - this 2nd paper . . .

JW appears to be attempting to enter these into court
JA is furiously scratching her left eyebrow

JA keeping her eyes to the paper on the table in front of her.

This trial has its share of unpleasant personalities on both sides. Just a random observation.

JW - the song the never ends, it just goes on and on.....trying to muddy the waters from yesterday BUT JM clears it all up.

In light of this new testimony, will Samuels be back???

What Wilmott meant to say...."Let me see if "I" can get through this!!".
