So, Jodi with hand on forhead, could a migrane be coming on and that is what she may have talked to Nurmi about. Jodi may want or need time to rehabilitate her defense team.

Wondering and fearing the same thing - she's exhibited two signs today - first, holding her cheek, then her forehead . . . hope she isn't going to try to call in sick after lunch.

Jodi is very busy doing a lot of erasing today - would love to know what she is writing and why the need to erase it. Busy, busy Jodi . . .

Dr. DeMarte just explained that NOS = "not otherwise specified".

And then JW called it "none other specified".

JW also pronounces "axis" as "access".

Not to 'de-edify' JW, but perhaps she should let Miss 136 verbal IQ handle word usage for the DT.

You know, "sort of contemporaneous" with the Dr. DeMarte's testimony...

We're just crawwwwwling along for nothing at this point. Pointless, pointless, pointless.

JD just doesn't know how to do this witness thing. She has yet to answer with "I'm not sure where you're going with this" or answer a totally different question or say "you need a timeout." She didn't even forget to bring any of her reports, ffs! What a rookie. She needs to get a new line of work. :twocents:

Oh good grief. Now its a crime to not violate her company's procedure and use a test prematurely.

  • #1,486
Doesnt look good when the witness has to keep telling the lawyer "That is not correct" and explaining it to her. Maybe thats why JA looks so sick today.

BBM ~ How many times must the DT dig to the bottom of the barrel?

They have nothing.

I wish JW would stop saying "Access 1" and "Access 2" - it's AXIS!!!

Okay ... they just showed a glimpse of the gallery ...

Now, I did not see Donovan in the first row where she usually sits -- by JA's mother ...

Has anyone else seen her today ?

Hmmm ...

:moo:

Seriously I hope someone is keeping an eye on her.....she could cause some trouble- I believe

Isn't this test from August 2011?

  • #1,492
yes! so basically they agree!

I'll refrain from making a comment in regards to the defenses approach with THAT information. Along with concealing it from the prosecution. It's pretty self explanatory...

ALV and RS... A Personality disorder NOS or specific.. Combined with all other testimony, including her IQ. Can't figure out what really was happening?

loving the split screen

Probably a rhetorical questions, but is JW going to keep all of Juan's rebuttal witnesses on the stand for hours ad infinitum? :banghead:

  • #1,495
Okey dokey, becaue she gave the murderer an "outdated" test, she's Not Guilty. Yeah, right.

Yawn!

:seeya: Hi friend and fellow worker in the salt mines of the mind. :)
I score academic exams for Pearson. Now they DO guard this info like Ft. Knox, but that is because not just anyone can open a book (like DSM IV or AZ Driving Manual) and figure out what questions to study for.

Greetings! I was on the IT development team for the initial release of Q Local.

Jodi exaggerated her symptoms on these tests, how can she have elevated everything.

I love this, will you tell me how to save it so it is animated. When I try to save it saves a a still picture.

save it as a GIF and not a JPEG
