Have pity please for us older broken down abused folks who's body parts won't allow us to keep up with speed posting! My nerve damage has tripled since this trial started...left hand barely works and now my legs and feet are suffering. Just made an appointment with the DR. for May 3rd. Hopefully.....trial will be over by then.

I do not even try to post when the board is swinging, I am usually 10 to 15 pages behind, so I post before and after court. Take care of the nerve damage..that stuff really HURTS.

Awesome! *eyeballing half empty flask, won't tell red about other 2 flasks hidden under mysterious tear in bottom of purse lining just yet*

you will share with others??? I also am requesting a Cheeto

Some are annoyed, but I think this guy is HYSTERICALLY funny. He makes me laugh, usually during tense times in the courtroom. I love him.

I agree. I almost fell out of my chair laughing at one tweet in particular talking about JM introducing evidence and "Wilmott just wack-a-moled herself into an objection"

There is no dx that is predictive of being a muderer. Most people don't murder.
Even most people with ASPD don't murder.

The prosecution would never "make the connection from her BPD to her committing murder" would be stupid.

The point that is being made is that Dr.JD made a dx based on the actual facts (not just JA's claims) made in the case and on accepted principles of her field. As such, she ruled out both PTSD and diss. amnesia.

It happens to all of us. We all mean well.

Wild is on a roll today...

Willmott is up front talking to the Staple Lady. I assume discussing staple theory and techniques. #JodiArias

I've heard that's been revised and no longer relies upon the earlier six criteria for determining proper staple placement.

:seeya: Gotta say one thing about Judge Perry : he was NOT late ...

A lot of BS from the DT ... but he worked Monday-Saturday !

:moo:

You are so right, he wanted to get things done. These poor jurors are probably so over checked out. Who could blame them.

Good Morning Websleuth Friends:

As I state with every sign-in: I am a pacifist and was a firm opponent of death penalty until I began studying the Arias case.

So, Death for Arias and justice for Travis and his family.

Opps meant to double quote.

I have BPD and have never been violent, my anger before 15 years of therapy was directed mostly at myself.

It's much more prominent when you're younger and/or haven't had any therapy.

P.S. My life is far far from miserable all the time, but it's been really difficult at times.
