problem here, Roder has Reeva cowering for cover behind the toilet (where magazine rack was)

They re enacted Oscars shouts and play the audio. Reeva call the police!

Scott says he has bad balance on stumps.

Says magazine rack made screeching noise. As oscar moving towards toilet, Reeva locks herself in toilet. Oscar coming closer, Reeva thinking danger coming towards her. Noise of magazine rack triggers oscar to fire. Oscars voice from court room explaining what happened is interspersed.

Hmmmm, if the magazine rack screeched, OP testified that he heard that movement when he was already in the bathroom because that was his 2nd 'startle'.

He now back in uncles lounge,room, moving backwards with his hand on floor to steady him.

Off bed, on stumps and rushed to bathroom. Demo of rushing across uncles lounge room.
Screaming off balcony, please help. Sounds nothing like a woman. Scott believes witnesses heard oscar screaming like a woman. Can see why scott has given video to channel 7. Has to be with Oscar permission. I just don't believe otherwise.

Showing putting on socks and limbs , takes 25 seconds. He did it quickly. Says he then picks up cricket bat and went to bathroom and broke down toilet door.
Scott did test on a door with a cricket bat, then shot through door. But in outside wooded area. Then compared sounds. Completely different so witnesses must be wrong.

Roder believes second set of shots were bat.....big problem...he did test for both on replica door at range & they don't sound the same

Except he testified it was window slamming, door slamming/closing, then "movement" in the toilet.

So is this going to help OP in public's eye? Does he seem credible and sympathetic? Maybe they did leak it themselves? Maybe they were afraid it wouldn't be admissible?
