Regarding Leannes laptop, before I got my own I was using hubby's so it would be hard to prove who searched what and in this case not really sure if it matters???? maybe???? What I'm saying is maybe Ross and Leanne shared the laptop, just sayin

Understand. But in this case, it is a murder trial and either side would have to somehow prove to best of their ability to prove who searched what. (I caught the last bit of some testimony have to watch all, but jmho and I could be wrong, but seems like they have not found anything (so far in trial evidence) that has proved what the LEO stated was there or not there.)

If you know your child may go to sleep in 2 minutes. Then wouldn't a person speed straight to the school before this takes place.

Btw. Kids are wide awake at that hour. So why is Cooper falling to sleep.

Was he waking up at 4am and staying up on his own?

according to one "Whisper" post shown by Def in Opening Statements, Cooper woke up at 5:30 a.m. that morning.

But mirrors leave blind spots, especially in a big vehicle like an SUV. I think your method is much better! [emoji3]

lol..My husband is a firefighter and happens to be one of the drivers for the city. He was trained to rely on mirrors. I couldn't drive that big thing straight for a block, never mind backing it up.

-(BBM) The opening statements are not testimony. Kilgore can say whatever he wants in the statement, that doesn't mean anything until the actual testimony comes. So I will reserve opinion on that topic.

Did you listen today's testimony or read the posts here today? Asked and answered. Neither Leanne or Ross made those searches.

And yes, opening statements aren't to be considered as testimony by a jury, but no attorney in his right competent mind would make untrue factual claims. Kilgore didn't.

No - no searches. But he typed in the website/forum Reddit/child free. That is a fact in testimony today.

I don't care if it was once or more- I've never had an interest in that topic nor have I had a child die due to my negligence- all the coincidences add up. It can't all be explained away.

There are many posts that are stated as fact-when in fact they are opinion.

Edit: My quotes aren't working- I'm terrible at this on my phone. My apologies if anything doesn't make sense. I read and respond and sometimes you all have moved on to another thought LOL

Exactly.

Plus his Reddit history wouldn't show on his computer if he used the Reddit app on his phone. moo

I just clicked on the reddit childfree link and the whole forum is what it is, anti-child. It is not about getting free stuff for your kid. More and more, I'm thinking he didn't want a toddler or kid. He wanted a baby who couldn't talk, walk, have to cost him any more money etc. Did the daycare charge more for older kids? His response for not taking photos of Cooper is beyond strange. Parents usually take photos of their kids to keep a visual record of their growth and development, remember good times. I'm not sure but I thought there was a sexting partner who was NOT into babies or kids.

Imo. Cooper was 18 months old.

So Ross would know what its like to be child free .

Now if he wasn't a gigolo before. Then why would he think he could be a gigolo once killing his 18 month old son?

If anything. You kill the wife and take the government extra assistance for the son while getting other women that admires the single dad thing.

Jmo

 Cooper Harris was 22 months old not 18 months old

I wonder if Cooper could hear any live chats and repeated some naughty stuff?

Unless this jury is willing to convict RH on malice murder because he hired a prostitute, sexted, was chatty with a guard, made a grandfather think Cooper's seat was too small, cursed at LE on scene and didn't display what LE considered appropriate emotions, the State has a whole lot more work to do.

That they've already hauled in a prostitute for no other apparent reason than to turn the jury against RH suggests they may have already given it their best.

Does anyone know the law in Georgia regarding the jury trial? Does it have to be a unanimous vote?

Is the testimony of the escort finished or is she back on Monday?

So I don't see how him seeing her is relevant to Cooper. If he told her that he wish he didn't have a kid, then I would understand. He's a cheater, that's a fact so why this witness?

ETA: maybe to show that he is sex-obsessed?

Stoddard had a great case when he testified during the bond hearing. Everybody believed him and that is why many people thought Ross was guilty from day one. The defense has done a great job of discrediting many of the witnesses testimony so far. Unless the prosecutors have some bombshell testimony in the next few weeks there might be a few jurors who will look at the evidence and decide not guilty.

I do believe that Ross is negligent of Cooper's death but not premeditated murder.

I do not think its absurd. He admitted he did not look at everything, and the prosecution is emphasizing that. Just like an officer or witness who was potentially too overcome with emotion at the scene because a child is lying dead on the ground did not make note of a smell. If a smell existed and they didnt notice it, it doesnt mean it was not present.
I wasn't there and can't smell that great anyway, but when I try to imagine myself at the scene that day, imaging ambulance taking Cooper away, I would guess examiner and detectives, etc stayed on the scene a few hours. I would guess Ross' car stayed on scene a few hours. When no one mentioned bad smell or decomp smell in their reports...until approx 12 months later. Seems just a little fishy. If there were 6-10 LE people around the scene for that much time with no mention of smell.
I would think it would be in the LE general conversation after Ross was hauled off and Cooper taken away in ambulance. I feel strongly someone would have mentioned to some other LE "I knew it was wasn't good as I walked up to the scene, I could smell"..... or," I knew it wasn't good when I smelled the car." And if I was LE I dont think I could omit smell from my report because I would know it was a huge important factor. LE was trying to determine if Ross knew or didnt know time of Cooper death. I feel it would have been mentioned several times "He had to have known the baby was in the car. The smell would have told him" But not one person reports smell.

It is not relevant to the case. They are trying to get him convicted because he sexts women (one minor) and goes to prostitutes.

Then many men are guilty of that. I do think there will be more to the case than that. JMO
