I just feel that she divorced him as it would somehow help his case...financially or something....she gives the impression she would still be with him if he was free.....just my opinion.

I agree.

more laughs over pictures of Cooper.... awe!

JMHO this is a murder trial a legal preceding, not a murder mystery show. Evidence is admitted. JMHO if I wasn't interested I wouldn't watch. Don't understand the rude remarks.

It feels frustrating to sit and watch the defense blatantly drag out testimony.

The same was said about the prosecution. It's frustrating either way. I'm sure it's exhausting for the jury.

I was imagining JRH making fast food! I should have known it wouldn't be that job!

jmo If she divorced to soon jurors might think she thought he was guilty. If she didn't divorce him it would look to the jurors like she condoned his behavior/actions and possibly make her less believable.

especially after lunch.

They should show the pictures of Cooper to the texts he sent to all the ladies.
Here's a picture of Ross and Cooper (awww, how cute), and here's text he sent to underaged girl 1/2 hour later.

Leanna seems to have matured since her early interviews in the case. She is doing a fine job of humanizing her ex and showing that they were a young couple with a child whom they both adored. Hard to imagine that Ross developed a dark side. Sad, too.

Will the state pop any photos up and ask her about them?

I was genuinely wondering that, and if they are allowed too. (I don't mean body part pictures, but text transcripts and such.)

Just that this is better than listening to the hours of Stoddard reading text messages JMHO

Per LH testimony he had the dark side long before Cooper was ever conceived. 2008-2010 IIrc

And even the women he was sexting who has appeared at this trial looked pretty good too. It boggles the mind.....

None of the women were rich and Ross was probably willing to be a sugar daddy to some or at least give them money to help pay bills. So some probably played along for gifts or something.

Nothing about her testimony will change the fact that he was too big for the seat according to the manufacturers guidelines- by three inches.

He was also 8lbs lighter than the manufacturers guidelines

:blushing: I honestly wondered if they did have her to identify if was really his. Anyone remember that movie many years ago Porkey's? I think if sexual assult cases they ask that or I would think. Not that this case is but curious if she was ask to identify? I feel yucky typing that :shame:

I disagree- she said had she known about the women be in physical with him she would have left. I think she assumed it was *advertiser censored* and inappropriate texting. I don't think she thought he would take it a step further. IMo

In order for the child to meet manufacturers guidelines, they have to meet all the requirements. He was 3 inches taller than the max height, therefore was not in a proper or safe seat. A child can't meet one and not another. ALL have to be met.
