BBM messages not sorted by time sent.

All RIM message times recorded in GMT.

Another woman???? Wow. He must have really liked her profile to stay in touch on Apr. 8th, kwim?

The jury needs to look at the evidence that IS there, not what isn't.

I disagree.

It sounds very precise, and places MTR directly in all the areas where he has been spotted by witnesses, on video, and as per TLM.

Very solid evidence, IMO.

Thank-goodness for technology! Whatever did we do before cell phones and video?

BBM's are delivered instantly and are data. Text is not data. And the delivery can be delayed. I see no real explaination here. She replied in a technical manner IMO which jury is not going to understand. Or is that the interpretation of the tweeter?

There are 5800 logs on Rafferty's blackberry between April 8th and May 19th. Doesn't mean there were that many messages.

An example on such unreliability was brought forth in court today. The expert spoke the words of such possibilities. JMO
