Does that mean the baby can't have just fallen off something?
I would think that based on the charges there would have to be evidence of abuse.Released on $75k bond. Considering the charges, I'm kind of surprised the bond wasn't higher.
Has the full autopsy come back yet?
IMO, yes. It means the baby was maliciously harmed and not merely by neglect.Does that mean the baby can't have just fallen off something?
That's correct.Does "Status: Released" indicate she made bond and is no longer in custody?
Well frick that's sadThat's correct.
I am really shocked her bond was so low....Well frick that's sad
unfortunately there are probably ways around this, a friend working the desk, a back door......RSBM
This seemed like a good place to start. MOO.

Based on everything the dad has said, Jaxton was the name he chose. The coroner stated the dad was not on the birth certificate. I think in comes down to a conflict between mom and dad in regards to name.late to the thread but I was thinking maybe dad gave a fake name for the baby to buy some time?
I'm not only suprised at the low bond amount, but that she was able to bond out at all based on the charges. Smacks of preferential treatment because of her title, JMOMSM reporting the $75k bond. No other new details.

So he would have had to sue for paternal rights then am I correct?Based on everything the dad has said, Jaxton was the name he chose. The coroner stated the dad was not on the birth certificate. I think in comes down to a conflict between mom and dad in regards to name.
If he had legal custody. Judging by how the funeral was handled, I'm guessing they did not go through the court. JMO, I think the father was raising him, but did not have legal custody of him.So he would have had to sue for paternal rights then am I correct?
