Around 5:18 on part 2 she tosses her tissue across the table. Ryan on HLN has a good point. The DT says she already knew Caylee was dead so she wouldn't be reacting as in "oh no she's dead". Which only leaves the real reason.

ETA: Why didn't they sit her down FACING the camera in part 2? GRRRR

I saw that her hands were shackled together, but I was wondering if she was chained to that chair, I have actually had a few panic attacks and I have become so distressed I would think I was dying. I might have had to stand up or something at some point to try to breathe better.

I'm only up to 6 minutes of the 15 minute video and have to watch the rest later, but I had to react to this thought. I totally agree. I could not believe she never attempted once to make the slightest bit of motion to get up from that darn chair. It's like she's obeying jail rules. I can only wish she had obeyed societal rules that well.

Although I really didn't care if the video was release or not, I watched it and it appears that Baez was far more stressed than KC.

How I wish that monster was in prison now. In the part before JB enters her shoulders are pretty much up to her ears. Yup they found your hiding place FCA. Weren't so smart after all where ya. At the beginning her legs just seemed like very dead weight out in front of her when she was heaving away, i thought she must not be able to get up.

Well I wished this was entered into trial. Looks like she can't get enough air in those lungs. Her hands are clenching and unclenching. Anger?? She always touches her arm. She did that at the trial too. She knew exactly whose little bones they found. She knew the exact spot despite what CA has said. Hope DR Phil watches this.
And for Baez. Wish I could see his face clearer. Is he crying or is he frustrated beyond belief and does not know what to do.

I saw a few chest heaves and facial scrunches before she rocks back and forth and hugs herself, clearly a woman of guilt, not so much discovering her child was dead!!! I think wesh's tape was looping the same footage over and over...

No biggie. Nothing much to see. Could be taken in more than one way. Doesn't matter anyway. She's FREE!!!! Yippee! Baby's still dead, her little skull and bones found chewed and scattered with duct tape and trash bags to which her mom had easy access, and her blanket, thrown away like garbage in a swamp close to where KC and Kio used to bury their little pets. Cindy has said, paraphrasing "she was told the body wasn't where it was left." Cindy didn't say WHO told or who left the body where, but WHO but KC or Baez could have told (with any authority). Who really sent the private detectives into that swamp to look for a body? This tape would have made no diff to this jury. If they couldn't add 2+2 to come to 4, they couldn't have added 2+2+1 to come to 5 either.

this is utter, absolute panic because she has been caught.

I don't think this video would have made a difference to this jury. They would have just thought she snapped out of whatever denial had lead to her "ugly grieving."

Example for all of us- pretty glass half empty assumption for a killer whose glass actually turned out to be darned half full in the end. She needn't have fretted a whit. Don't worry be happy. Apparently, there are 12 born every minute! (Using a figure of speech)

Makes sense to me why the defense fought so hard to keep this video out. To me, it screams "I AM GUILTY"!! I agree with JS, this video is "highly inflammatory". Just makes me mad, angry and disgusted all over again.

Jose has put it on record that Casey had experienced her daughter's death months before. She was aware Caylee's body had been put somewhere. . . probably by her own self. Nothing but guilt explains this panic attack.

If anyone chooses to believe her panic can be explained by any other reason ~ that's okay with me. I am firm in my belief that it was caused by consciousness of guilt and watching her squirm in her own wickedness has been enough to put a smile on my face that will probably last the whole weekend.

It is "highly inflammatory" because it's true! FCA knew this was Caylee because she killed her and threw her in the woods. Since when do we not allow evidence because it proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. To me, it's ridiculous to keep evidence like this out. It's such a shame our court system cares more for the criminal's rights, not the victims. :maddening:

I see why Baez did NOT want this video released. How does he explain his reaction based on his OS statement - bawling like a baby. How come -Baez? Didn't you saw you've known from the beginning that the poor child drowned? Why so sad?
