Did she leave at midnight to go meet up with someone?
I'm really frightened that is what she did. Met up with someone she met online! IMOI hope she did not leave with someone she met online.
She is considered to be in imminent danger, I suppose LE knows more than published as always.
The police reminds that if someone is with her, they may be committing the crime of harbouring a fugitive minor, a class A misdemeanour.
This crime is committed when he is a child under 18 years of age and has escaped the custody of his parents or the authorities.
The fact that she likely left through a side gate and didn't get detected is a bit worrisome IMO, like it seems like she didn't want her family knowing she was leaving at first. This also ties in with people's theories (in this thread) that she might've met up with someone online, because people who do this typically don't tell others what they're doing, IMO.They believe she then left through a side gate since cameras didn't pick up her leaving through the front door.
This too - if she wanted to let her family know she was safe, why let them know via email (which people usually check less often) rather than through text, which everyone checks all the time? Again, seems like she didn't want her family knowing she was safe straight away. Her family said the day after she went missing, she emailed her sister from a coffee shot saying she was "okay and safe." She reportedly said she wanted to "clear her mind" and that she would call her mom, but they said she never did.
Poor girl, has LE been notified that she was at a Starbucks so they can review the security footage there to find any clues? They say she has a phone that only works with Wi-Fi and on December 14th and 15th Alexa's older sister got a few emails from Alexa.
The last one sent is from her saying she was safe and that a stranger let her charge her phone at a Starbucks.
The email reads, "I'm leaving Starbucks because the stranger had to go. My phone's not charged much but let me clear my thoughts. I'm about to call them to pick me up. Is momma and the baby OK?"
