IMO B is a human being and deserves to be found regardless if he had relapsed that night or not, BUT I really don't appreciate being deceived and I'm sure others don't either. I don't know how many times I listened to that 911 call trying to decipher it! It makes no sense because IMO it was probably a hallucination and nothing more. Just like the other hallucinations of the night. Knowing B's condition IS KEY to figuring out what happened to him. All those hiding the truth are not helping!

Now it makes sense to me why LL REALLY doesn't want to go on Dr Phil or push this to the media! No doubt they will ask all these questions. LL lied on the blogtalk interview about B's condition that night.

I'm sorry this happened. I'm sorry B has a drug problem. I hope he's alive and can get the help he needs. Nobody, including his children have to deal with that. There is help available.

But to point fingers at LE, MM and anybody else they can find to point fingers at IMO is an outrage. And I am mad!!!

I'm mad too. Nobody cares that he relapsed, but like you said, knowing Brandon's condition and state of mind is very important in finding him. No body is bashing. All these drama lama's need to dial it back and STOP stirring the :censored: pot!

All the finger pointing and lawsuit happy talk has got to stop. They must be foolish to believe anyone one is going to want to help or believe anything that is said. This case was tainted from day one and we know it and they know it. I want to see if any of the can put their big girl panties on and act like adults! Work at finding Brandon and not like a teenager. I'm willing to bet they can't. :rage::dramaqueen:

Hey look, I found the moon from last night!! :behind: :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I want to clarify a statement I made regarding filing head of household on ones tax return. I've seen comments such as "now LL is being accused of tax fraud". If that was in response to MY posts about the subject I want to make it clear that I said IF SHE FILED HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD it would be tax fraud. I never said she did, because I have never seen her tax returns. I was merely stating that someone who is COMMON LAW MARRIED is not eligible for HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD filing status and IF one did file that way it would be tax fraud. I even posted the tax laws regarding this.

My entire point was that someone cannot have it both ways. One cannot claim to be common law married then file head of household on their taxes. They either are common law married or they are not.

This is absolutely not directed at anyone here actively participating in this thread.

I saw that post also and wondered what that person was talking about. It was random, and out of nowhere. Oh, well.

So what happened to B? Now that I know his true condition that night I think it's even more doubtful he could have gotten far. Everything I have heard about TexSAR is that they are an outstanding SAR group and it sounds like they did a very thorough search... on top of the other searches.

I don't know what to think of the 3 mile new ping area. I have to question it's accuracy. I don't think he could have walked that far given the terrain and his condition. I also think it's highly unlikely that any vehicle or other person was involved. That leaves me with 2 thoughts. He died in an area most likely already searched or he got a ride out of the area. Since not one shred of anything of his has been found I am left pondering...

Would his brother (who covered for him about the warrant) take him somewhere and drop him off and not tell anyone? Would he do that if he knew it was likely that B was going back to prison? How close were they and how far would he go? I think it's interesting that neither he or A or the other person with them has anything to say. They aren't out there searching?? I definitely feel that the reason for him getting gas for the truck at 7am is hinky. Where is this other person?

I have a question about his missing date. One of the missing posters says "Last seen on August 9". If he left the house at 11:54pm on August 8th, then how does the 9th come into play as the missing date? I know that might seem trivial, but maybe not. Last seen on August 9 by who?

Good question? Are we assuming that a phone call was the last time he was seen? So who was last to actually, physically see BL?

By what we know (or have been told), he was seen last on the 8th by LL. There is more to the story though. If those in the know were honest they would share this info.

Perhaps he really did go to Walmart that night? It probably would have been after midnight. Again, there is much that isn't being shared.

There are 2 in San Angelo. One not far from their home.

So we can assume that BL might have gone to Walmart after leaving home? So that would shorten the timeline between when he left the house and when he made the 911 call.

We also know K and A had a friend with them when Deputy Neal arrived. Now we need to figure out who that was. I wonder if it was CM, the guy LL has ask for his number, on HFBL website? Or was it B? Or was it AJ, the cousin who was in town from OK, who left to float the river Friday morning the day BL went missing, even though he was staying with BL's parents?

We need A and K to tell us, who was with them?

Did B and LL fight that night over B relapsing on drugs? And did LL or did she not threaten to call 911 because she was afraid for the kids?

The night in question did B think LL was cheating, there were people in the walls and did he or did he not quiz his Dad on the phone to make sure he was really his Dad?

Respectfully snipped & BBM -
Now this is new...I don't recall reading about his possibly hallucinating before leaving the house. Was this mentioned on the FB pages?

I think there was time for a quick stop at Walmart. It probably should have taken him about 25 minutes straight to the truck location. It was first reported that he called Kyle saying he was out of gas at 12:30 then it was 12:38. Both those times would allow for a 10+ minute stop at Walmart.

If he was last seen on Friday then it was not LL who was the last to see him right?

It was in the original timeline that was then edited. The problem with fb is posts get edited and deleted. I have screen shots but it's against TOS to share them here. This is why i dislike getting information from FB and we aren't allowed to copy/paste from there to show proof of what was said.

I propose to LL and CC to please answer these questions. If they are untrue then please, by all means, say something. CC is welcome to put them on her site and provide answers. Just simple true of false answers to each question would be great. Thank you :)

Yes you are right.

I would suggest that anyone interested in knowing the truth about that night, ask CC. She seems to be acting as LL's spokesperson so I say ASK! IMO the truth needs to come out. Even those supporting LL and sending $$ do not know the truth. Is that fair? Is it fair to bash the Sheriff and MM and the 911 dispatcher? We have all been mislead. MOO
