Holy twisted web! Besides all the comments/posts on the FB page for BL, I recently decided to check out the renewed chatter on Reddit. If there's any truth to all that some proof would be great! I have followed this since the very beginning and spoke often with LL in the first few years following BL's disapearance. I don't think that the whole story will ever really be known as Brandon is likely the only one that knows all the details, all the twists and turns, all the events that lead up to the night he seems to have just vanished. I used to think that the 911 call held some big secret, some missing piece to the puzzle that if it could just be figured out what he says in that recording that we'd know what happend. I dont think that's the case anymore. I am a firm believer that the recording that LL released can never be "cleaned up" enough to make sence. First I think the call has been redacted & a portion of the call was sent to BLs father for voice recognition purposes only. The 911 call was received at a nursing home with plenty of back ground noise and then LL used her cell phone to record the call from the disk LE sent, again allowing for more background noises to be picked up. With those 3 facts, (it was only provided to make sure his dad thought it was him, the call was recieved at a nursing home and then recorded by a cell phone) I just dont see how it can ever be figured out accurately. Another thing that's bothered me is the "timeline" of phone calls & texts to/from Brandon's phone that night. Has anyone ever seen PROOF, as in an official copy of his phone records from that night? Its said that he couldn't have been in too much trouble or too hurt during that 911 call because he then made calls to his brother and Audrey. But, how do we know this for sure? There were so many partial truths, so much misinformation shared from the start who's to say that it's an accurate time line? Also if there was calls placed from BLs phone after the 911 call (the ones suposedly to KL were so broken up and dropped that he couldn't hear him well or understand him completely) do we know for sure it was actually BL in possession of his phone at the time of those calls/texts? I'd just like to see an official record of the number of 911 calls made that night in regards to BL & his truck in the road, and an official call/text records from BLs cell phone.
Life keeps moving on for the ones left behind and I often wonder if those involved, including his family who seemed to be less than forthcoming from the start feel guilty or regret not being straight up from the start? LL had said that their fight was about him relapsing and making poor decisions. Its really too bad that he didnt get the chance to make things right, to get back on the wagon & take care of his legal issues, and even more sad that the kids will likely never know what happened to their father. It appears that LL has been doing well after some rocky times following BL disappearing and is getting married very soon, if she hasn't already.
