Well, you wouldn't go out to the parking lot on your break to eat/smoke if you didn't have a car. So, she must've gone there for some other reason.
The Hispanic male that was seen talking to her..... it wasn't randomly timed, he was told to go there specifically at a certain time, when she was on her break.
And to not even finish your shift tells me either:
a) she was taken against her will.
b) she didn't care about her job and was ready to start a new life elsewhere.
MOO.
I don't think we know many details at this point? It looks like the employee parking lot is directly across the street. Three entrance doors to the building face the lot, assuming employees came and went there? The other area's at the side and rear of the plant look like semi-trailer parking, truck loading and unloading.

You can Google walk the area, here's the link Google Maps
You can see security cameras on all the buildings and in the parking lot! Do they work is the question?

She could have went out to the p-lot to smoke, or have a private conversation on her phone- you can't say because she didn't have a car she wouldn't have went there. Nothing can be ruled in/out at this point, IMO.

Ok so...given that we know she is in a same sex relationship, I’m wondering if what is meant by this is that they’re not certain if the person she was speaking to was male or female, rather than uncertainty about whether she was speaking to someone or not?

I sure hope she was not targeted in a hate crime.

That who the "usual suspect" is in most cases.

I wonder if they met in the parking lot during lunch breaks in the past?

jmo
Do we know the ages of the children? If they met at break time, someone would have to watch younger children or she’d have to bring them with her, which I suppose isn’t totally out of the question. Does someone watch them when she picks Brianna up at the end of her shift? I’d also like to know if Brianna was in the habit of texting “I love you” to her girlfriend.

You can see security cameras in a few spots.

Yes i've just looked at the map and there appears to be CCTV cameras in the parking lot. We know Brianna was seen on video walking towards the parking lot but it doesn't say anywhere about her or the mystery man being seen on CCTV actually in the parking lot, just that co workers may have seen her with the mystery man.

I wonder why there's no footage of her in the parking lot that evening, seems a bit odd.

Hmmmm. Not sure what to think. Obviously if she really was talking to a man then he is suspicious. But if he took her or forced her to go with him to harm her, why would he let her text anybody? I mean, perhaps she was able to get her phone out & get in a quick text before he noticed & then he took it? It just weird.

Could be the parking lot cameras don't work, but the ones on the building above the door do. The angles don't look like they would capture the parking area, so that would make sense of "walking towards the parking lot" account. See screencap or link Google Maps

MOO.
We had a high of 57 that day and it was a 'cool' 57. Felt much colder. Low was 30.

Yes the angle of the nearest camera would capture her walking towards the parking lot.

There appears to be 3 cameras at the parking lot, you would hope that at least one of them would be working!

Im going to drive there tomorrow am and try and get some good photos. I have a friend who works there and will try and get some clues as to which cameras were working.

Very weird. If she was able to send off a quick text while being abducted, wouldn’t “HELP!” (or something similar) be a shorter and better message to send?

“...and coworkers may have seen her talking with a Hispanic male in the parking lot around the same time.”

I think I see what you’re saying:
The coworkers may have been uncertain whether or not the person she was seen talking to was a man (vs a woman).
I was thinking, too: maybe in addition, the uncertainty part can be whether or not the other person was Hispanic.

IOW, the coworkers could be certain she was talking to someone out in the parking lot, just uncertain as to gender and ethnicity. Could be. IMO

I’m more suspicious of her coworkers than significant other. I wonder if any of them took their break at the same time or worked a shift that ended around that time.
Not enough details to be suspicious, but I do wonder how long Brianna & Seriah have been together? If the relationship was relatively new and the kids were SM's, maybe coupled with Covid challenges, it became too much. Just looking at all possibilities, since we have so little to go on.

The wording of that "may have seen" from the co-workers and video makes me wonder whether they're not sure it was her, as well as not sure about the man.
100% agree. I don't like the wording on this either. "MAY" have seen really doesn't pull weight with me.
Not sure if she smokes or not but if so, maybe the parking lot is where the smoking section is.
Is it normal for her not to have her wallet etc with her? If she left it behind on this one and only day, that is concerning as well.

Do you think many other women worked there? Working at a dairy plant seems like it could be quite heavy industrial work. Perhaps Brianna's offers of employment were slim, due to her arrest and conviction for theft, so job this may have been welcome.
But perhaps if she was one of the few females there, it may have led to bullying or stalking or obsessionism....or love, or who knows what.

There are some women who work there but its mainly men.
