The Laredo Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating Mr. Carlos Contreras Jr., age 24. Mr. Contreras was last seen wearing black with white Puma shoes, white shorts and a black shirt.
Mr. Contreras is 5'6 in height, weighs 130 lbs, has short brown hair and has a tattoo on his right hand that reads "Ana".
Mr. Contreras has a condition that may not allow him to ask for help and is in need of medications.
If anyone has seen Mr. Contreras, please contact Laredo Police at (956) 795-2800 with any information about his whereabouts. Please help us share this post and help us get him back to his family. Thank you.

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - It has been nearly three weeks since Carlos Contreras Jr. was last heard from. His mother, Ana Contreras, spoke exclusively to KGNS+, expressing concern for her 24-year-old son, who suffers from a mental illness that requires medication.
