Casey is a truck driver and stated he was leaving on a long haul truck trip having to do with Dallas, Texas. His citizen band radio handle is "Double C". He has not been seen or heard from since.

They have updated their format since then and now I think it's more clearly laid out. He is the only person listed on their exclusions page, which I think means they have definitely excluded him as a match.
