DNA expert says tests show hairs did not belong to #christinamorris #arochitrial

I hope justice is served and all murderers get death. I think they should use their parts for people who need them or use them for experiments until they die.

There was another girl who was said to went missing near a garage in TN ten years ago and the last person who said they saw her was maybe Hispanic. Her name is Amber Cates.

But this case is Aggravated Kidnapping charge not Murder. JMHO (but I understand your comment)

Defense questioned DNA expert's qualifications to form opinion of DNA, then she stepped down. #ArochiTrial now breaking for lunch. @NBCDFW

So does this make 3 Scientist today? lol Trying to keep up but not sure. Total of 6 today per yesterday Pros comment

Question about the aggravated part. I always thought that meant a weapon was used. Didn't one of the detectives say no evidence of a weapon? This was right before the question about sexual assault.

Ugh! Was it blood or nah? WE CAN HANDLE THE TRUTH!

I'm not sure it matters for AK charge. She was in his trunk, that's been made pretty clear. Did they say they found her DNA in 15 spots? Did I read that correctly?

It is good to know they ran samples through CODIS to make sure an unidentified body wasn't Christina. I wonder if they've run it more than once over the past 2 years? And I wonder if they are doing it routinely, and when was the most recent check if they are doing it routinely?

JMHO I THINK that once it is entered that it stays and if a hit is made anywhere in the system then the entering agency is notified. I may be incorrect but that would only make sense.Especially due to the number of entries yearly in CODIS JMHO

If he used his car during to harm her can that be considered a weapon ? How many years here in Texas can he get for this?

I think Detective Stamm's testimony is being taken out of context at this point, IMO. She testified that she absolutely believes that Enrique killed Christina. She also testified that the DNA in the trunk does not necessarily indicate injury or assault. She is using logical reasoning to opine that the amount of DNA in the trunk of the last person that saw Christina leads her to believe that she was in his trunk, not as a willing passenger, and was likely killed. No big leaps in her reasoning.

Yet Det in trial has stated at least one that his theory was she went willingly. Has this Det been a witness (sorry lost track, or are you referring to prev hearing / or stuff) TIA

Went willingly and got in his front seat. Not willingly later when she was put in trunk.
