No, I didn't yet. For a few reasons....the family friend can read this thread and might have found out more/has an opinion, I guess. Actually I'm kind of waiting for that. Also, I think there is more information about Debra, helping this case further, available but I don't want to pay for a people search report. Maybe she didn't even "passed on". To be short...I just need more information to feel free to submit....I'm very scarce with that. I think, if Debra is deceased this would be a very potential match. Be my guest if you want to submit.
 
any help would be great . every few years i get the time to dig into this again. her son took a dna test bout year and half ago. nothing from it yet. i will submit whatever i need . her son has been in prison gets out in September and wants this chapter closed . so any help as into leads for me to call or whatever

@chadc325 This is a troublesome missing person case. I don't know Ms Adams but I feel very sad for her son and afraid for her faith. Just for helping out. This is what we "know" so far:

  • Arrested in 1987 in Abeline, Texas, for Public Intoxication (PI)
  • On her missing Facebook site somebody says he saw her in 1988 in Houston, Texas, not doing good, probably on drugs. Where is Debra Marie Adams?
  • Date of last contact March 31, 1989 according to Namus. I wonder what kind of contact, with whom? What was her state of mind, was there a conversation, where was it about?
  • Someone -I couldn't find the post- mentioned an arrest record in Georgia 1989. Not confirmed. I wonder what month, under what name and in which city?
  • She gave birth at least once. Her son is desperately searching for her. For privacy reasons I'm not going to sleuth him.
  • She has lot's of tattoos, could be good identifiers. I hope somebody from her past can recall what kind.
  • I wonder what her teeth looked like when she went missing. In a younger photo she has a small gap between her front teeth. I wonder If she still had that when she grew older.
  • Her natural hair color is brown (according to a youth picture on the missing Facebook page) Could have blond/strawberry colored hair
  • She is 100 - 140 lbs estimated Could have lost a lot of weight, based on her lifestyle, according to her flyer she weight around 110 lbs)
  • She is 5' 0" - 5' 5" (60 - 65 Inches) estimated
  • She is born on 14 Nov 1967. Her birthday has recently past so she would be 52 now. (2019) She could of course use a different birth date.
If you would be so kind to answer my questions above. Did you requested a people search report for her?

not sure on the georgia thing

from what her son knows she has no other kids

she had alot of dental work done as pre teen

her tattoos were idetified in area located but not acutal tattoo im wondering if harris county has any arrest records.

and im not sure what a people search is shes on namnus

Hi, with people search I mean an search engine. You can find probably more information, traces of her existence, arrest records and such, but you have to pay for a report.

My favorite people search site is www.fastpeoplesearch.com ! I don’t see it mentioned often, but it’s very useful! Especially if you know the person you’re looking up. It lists all sorts of people as “possible relatives/associates” (ex-spouses & their families, for example), so it’s helpful if you kind of know who is who. If not, it will certainly give you names/addresses/phone numbers to go on, assuming it generates any results. Hope this helps!

Sigh....still nothing on the tattoos...nothing on the possible results of exploring...It makes me sooooo sad....
 
@Bit of hope im not sure how to find out what those tattos are? Dna from her son has been taken to search with and her fingerprints are available. im lost at what to do now , her son is out of prision and now activitly searching also . not to sound dumb but just am not sure what else to do now . i pick it up every now and then try and go further and further . i want answers

Hi, good thing there is DNA taken. Did they run it already against unidentified persons in Namus? Is it still an active case....or to ask it differently is Debra's case still worked on by LE at this moment?

Important is exposure. Let the world know she is missing, so more people will know about it and be on "the lookout".

I saw her missing persons case isn't on the Doe Network. Family members can submit a case.

Chronological Index (Missing) You could also make a file here. I never did this, so I can't help you with that, but maybe I can find someone to help you with it.

It also would be good to update her missing Facebook page now and then, with stories/memories about her....movement in the case and such. Where is Debra Marie Adams?

Share her case in lot's of missing persons Facebook groups. There are really a bunch out there.

Was Debra known to wear a ring with a picture of her son on it? I saw this and thought of Debra. There seems to be conflict over the age. Some sites say 17-25 and others 30+ but the height and weight and possibly the time line match up. It’s sounds like this person had been buried quite a awhile (as noted possibly more than 2 months). I was thinking too that this person was perhaps visiting California if they were wearing that type of shirt too.

Also, I cannot find where there may or may not be DNA available on this Namus page. Does anyone know where to find that info?
