No one has reported seeing the mother of four since March 11th. Surveillance video captured her leaving a washateria in southwest Houston. Days later, her car wound up in an impound lot after it had been towed from an apartment complex.

"I am asking from my heart that my mother's case not remain silent and that it is not a more archived case," said Vivian Perdomo, Elsa Murillo's daughter.

The Honduran woman was last seen on March 11, 2022 when she went to wash clothes at a laundromat Avenue on Hillcroft Avenue, southwest of Houston, and from there she left in an unknown direction.

"I would like you to put at least a moment in my place and understand the pain of losing a mother that we have not heard from her in a whole year," Vivian said

"I want to tell my mother that we miss her a lot, that we are here for her and that we will continue waiting for her and wish her a happy birthday," said her son, Cassey Salatiel Murillo.

The children have insisted several times with the Houston Police Department, but they have not had concrete answers about what happened to their mother. News 45 has sent several emails to the police corporation and they respond that the investigation is still ongoing.

"I want this call to reach the ears of the mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, so that he can help us put pressure on the authorities and detectives who have the case of Elsa Marina Murillo," Vivian added.
