Really sorry, but as in UK could someone explain what these first two notices mean please?
"Jail Docket" and "Paupers Oath". TIA

The Pauper's oath at this stage is generally a document signed by the defendant to indicate they are indigent and cannot afford a lawyer. Based on this, one is appointed. Jail docket is placed on dockets in some jurisdictions to signal that the defendant is in jail. Some courts do the jail docket separately if LE has to bring them over or some courts do them by video. A local there would have a better idea of what that court normally does.

GALVESTON, Texas (KTRK) --
After months of police investigation to discover who he was and what happened to him, Jayden Lopez, 4, has finally been laid to rest.

Jayden's body was found on a Galveston beach on Oct. 20, 2017. His identity was unknown until last month when tips lead police to identify him and charge his mother and her girlfriend in his death.

On Friday, his funeral was held in Houston at La Paz Memorial Funeral Home.

The owner donated space, the casket, and vehicles for a procession.

Lopez was buried at Hollywood Cemetery, where he was given a donated plot.

Members of Lopez's family, including his aunt, were at the funeral but declined to comment.

A Galveston County grand jury Tuesday indicted Rebecca Suzanne Rivera on a first-degree felony of injury to a child by omission causing serious bodily injury and a second-degree offense of tampering with physical evidence.

Rivera, 34, and her girlfriend, Dania Sarai Amezquita Gomez, 31, were charged with tampering with/fabricating physical evidence in June. Jayden was nicknamed "Little Jacob" after his body was found in the 700 block of Seawall Blvd. on Oct. 20. He was in the water, near the shoreline and was found unclothed.

If convicted, Rivera faces 5 to 99 years or life in prison on the injury to a child charge and 2 to 20 years for tampering with evidence.

Authorities have not confirmed the boy's cause of death and are investigating how Rivera and Gomez were involved.

yes we should maybe move it to crimes against children and add his age. STILL no new pix of him. and he looks like her. why do so many of these moms kill or allow their child killed and they look like their carbon copy?
