Endangered Missing from Laredo, Texas since March 31, 1990

Age: 18 -- Height: 5'7" -- Weight: 150 lbs -- Hair Color: Black -- Eye Color: Brown

German has a quarter-sized scar on his left arm, scars between his eyebrows, on his left wrist, and underneath his chin. He has a mole on the center of his back. His left ear is pierced.


German was last seen washing his vehicle in Laredo, Texas on March 31, 1990. He left the water running and the soap bucket next to his car. He has never been heard from again. Foul play is suspected.

Circumstances: Mr. Machuca has a quarter-size scar on his left arm, a scar between his eyebrows, a scar on his left wrist, a mole on the center of his back, a scar under his chin, a chipped front tooth and a pierced left ear. He disappeared washing his vehicle, leaving the water running and the soap bucket next to the vehicle. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, blue shorts with a multi-colored floral design and brown deck shoes.

I think the same thing, we can't say that it was violent, it could have been brought down by several individuals... or maybe it was with someone he trusted but in the end they just wanted to take advantage of him... being Latino, there is a possibility that it was a racial crime since Texas is very North American, there are many patriots in that state...

By "water running," might they mean inside the house, like a sink or bathtub, or outside, like a hose? The bucket was next to his car so I'm thinking he might've had a hose filling it with water at the time.

Either way, it seems like his disappearance was quick. He could've been surprised at gunpoint and forced into a car.
