SABBM from linked article above:

In addition to the details provided by police, her friends say online that when Broussard’s husband arrived home, her vehicle, purse and baby bag were all there but the door was wide open and she and the baby were missing. Police have not confirmed that.

Her friends say they have contacted all of her other friends but no one has seen or heard from her.

So, her vehicle was found at her residence, along w/ the baby bag?

This isn't sounding good at all.

Anything online re: her phone being left at home, or is that missing?

Hoping there's some electronic/digital trail here for LE.

Check out the neighbors, friends, other Mom's in the birthing class, cashiers where she shops, online gaming friends, coworkers, etc. This poor woman just delivered a baby and could get ill and injured so much easier right now. The little one can't be out and about because her immune system is too young to fight off germs.

Interesting comment on Missing Persons Cases Network post about her.

Her son (the one she dropped off at school that morning) must be wondering where his mom is right now.

Unfortunately, he'll need to be interviewed by LE.

Poor little guy.

This whole situation must be so scary for him.

Some articles say 2 week old infant, others say 2 months. Pictures of the child seem to indicate child is 2 months.

Here's a picture of the baby looking more like 2 months (and headline says 2 months). I wish news organizations could 1) get things right and 2) not just run with stuff from off the wire without fact checking.

Snipped from above article:

According to police, Heidi Broussard was last seen dropping her son off at Cowan Elementary School on Thursday morning at around at 7:30 a.m.

At around 6 p.m., the elementary school contacted a family member and said no one picked the child up. The family member subsequently contacted 911.

Well, I'm no mathematician, but doing a quick mental calculation, that's a 10.5 hour gap between time last seen and time reported missing.

That's a huge chunk of time. A lot can happen in 10.5 hours.

Wondering if the "family member" contacted by the school was the husband or another relative.

Also wondering whether the husband is employed and if so, what his work schedule was that day.

If the last time she was seen was early morning, and the door was wide open in the evening, who walked by during the day and did they notice the door being open? In Austin, TX, I can't imagine it is normal to leave a front door open regularly. At least not without a screen/storm door that is closed. Does this apartment complex have cameras? Let's say Mom knew who was at the door and walked outside willingly with the baby in her arms. Did a camera capture who she went with and how she left? If Dad was at work, he should have a decent alibi.
