"Decedent was found to have difficulty breathing while on a train platform and was transported to the hospital. Possibly homeless. Unable to confirm a tentative identification: Leroy Walls from Louisiana. According to the decedent's friends, he was mentally disabled and came to Houston many years ago with a group visiting the Houston zoo."
