I agree. He doesn't look like a serial rapist, kidnapper and beater of young girls...but he was. Some of the records say 6'3" and some say 6'6''. Either way, he was a big man and it sickens me to think that he had that size to use against tiny girls. He may have been a likeable seeming person because when he escaped in 2012, he showed up at a truck stop and talked a truck driver into letting him ride with him.

I looked at Cindy recently, she looks very similar IMO, but the ankle tattoo definitely turned me away.

Just a note about the 1980's. Perms were very 'in'. My suggestion is to not disqualify a missing due to having straight hair. Below is a photo of Mary Jo Thompson missing from Lufkin in 1980. She has DNA so would not be this doe, but has a good example of a 80's hairstyle.

I think there is a close resemblance to Joanne Williams except she may be a little older than what they say she is. Susan Earls would seem to be too heavy and her face doesn't resemble her to me.

Her casefile remained unpublished until recently. I periodically query the entire MP database to pick up any casefiles that get missed in my daily query because they were created months ago but remained unpublished. I did the entire dataset a couple of weeks ago and didn't pick up her file.
