Circumstances of Disappearance
Miss Vaughn is an active duty Soldier assigned to Fort Hood, TX, who was pending separation from the military in the coming weeks.
Miss Vaughn failed to check in with her military unit Monday morning, 3 May 2021.

A witness last reported contact with Miss Vaughn on 30 Apr 2021 via Facetime and Miss Vaughn reported she was staying in Dallas, TX.
The witness reported seeing an unknown black male in the background of the Facetime video and it appeared Miss Vaughn was inside a studio apartment.

Here's her FB, no posts since 3/16.

There's literally nothing. This WS thread is top hit. FB posts are just sharing info from NamUs. People saying she was found safe are referencing those same FB posts that have been updated as "FOUND" but that's pretty much a circular reference.

wonder if someone should contact the investigating agency listed on the NamUs and ask for clarity.
