I'm asking not for general reasons, but for specific reasons.

The answers to my questions come into play in terms of who was with that child on the dates in question back in July of last year. As in, if the skull fracture appears to be in a healing stage, it and the chronic hematoma may be correlated to the July 10 ER visit. And if the July 10 symptoms cannot be delayed onset, but can only be early onset, then it's important to look at who was with the child and when that day and the day before. The family was living with BB2 at the time, and she should be able to recount events of that day and the day before in relation to the ER visit. As in, was there ever a time during those two days that Maleah was with both DV and BB when BB2 was not present? Or was DV's work schedule such that BB2 left the home after he did and arrived back before he got home (he was working in Rosharon at the time)?

July 10th was a weekday.
July 28th was a Sunday and BB2 was in Louisiana.

I would like to know this too.

I have a question, could someone direct me to the documents that were released, to media, but probably shouldn't have been? or have they been taken down? I've not been able to keep up the past few days, and I'm not sure what I've missed, but I know I've missed something, in reading the comments.

Here's what Quanell X said about his role in the Maleah Davis case

KPRC2 investigative reporter Robert Arnold: "Did you speak with investigators prior to meeting with Derion Vence at the jail?"

Quanell: “I never spoke to them until he confessed. I never spoke with investigators about if I was going to talk to him, or visit him, none of that.”

Arnold: Why did you decide to meet Vence that day?

Quanell: “My daughter texted me to tell me she had a dream that I had found Maleah in a field and the stepfather was there. When she told me that, I got dressed and took it as a sign to go talk to Derion.”

More from link:
Arnold: "You stated Derion told you what happened to Maleah was an accident."

Quanell: “That's a kinder, gentler way of admitting that you did something to this child. I believe that what he did was deliberate."

[...]

Arnold: “He felt he was a fit parent?”

Quanell: “Who in the hell is he to qualify somebody as fit? I agree with you.”

Arnold: "Are you concerned his confession may be suppressed?"

Quanell: “No, not really. I say to the lawyer, 'Get ready because I'll be well prepared to defend what he said to me.'”

'She didn't deserve that': Maleah Davis' mom talks with ABC13 about reality of daughter's death

BB: "And I remember I used to tell her 'Maleah you know you my favorite daughter' 'My only daughter' 'and I'm just glad I was able to see her grow for four years and I just wish I coulda seen her longer..."

BB: "I just wish I could have had that opportunity to really see her blossom ... into a woman."

I call BS on that first comment - I don't believe BB ever said that to Maleah. I think she made that crap comment because she thought it would make her sound like a good mother.

As far as the other crap comments, as usual, it's all about BB. BB wishes she could have seen Maleah longer. She wishes she could have seen Maleah blossom into a woman.

That whole interview was full of "me me me".

To BB: Chicka please. Get it through your head once and for all: This ain't about you. Nobody buys your crocodile tears behind your damn sunglasses. Despite your best efforts, Maleah is not a prop you can use to try to gain sympathy. Do you not realize how transparent your ridiculous theatrics are?

This is about Maleah. This is about the future that Maleah will never have.

As I stated before: sit down and shut up BB.

Wow! I believe this. I believe Spirit spoke to QX's daughter and Spirit led QX to discover the Truth.

And now Maleah has been found and will receive Justice.

DV claimed that BB had no involvement, and that they haven't talked since he has been in jail. He also claims everything was fine betweem them until Maleah disappeared. So...I guess he is denying there was a fight?
Was BB communicating with DV’s brother - who was relaying messages to DV during jail visits?

Sure they made a pact.... You deny the abuse and I'll deny your involvement! Moo

Ita.
Sometimes the same here.

That photo of the latest beating got to me. Her little face like a pumpkin on a stick figure, with 'blueish' bruises and both eyes swollen shut.
Worse than the photos we have of poor Gabriel Fernandez.
(Although I'm certain he looked like a horror show in his final days, and some of the news clips showed his upper chest and arm/leg wounds --some parts of his face and neck were blurred out :( )

And yet the hospital staff could not tell if it was outright abuse, or if she fell and bumped her head on the coffee table-- as BB claimed.

pretty sure that photo is after surgery
the black eyes and swollen face is from head surgery IMO

Did someone drop the ball on where DV might of wanted them to dump Maleah? Like far away and they got lazy, or paranoid, and dumped her where she was found? Someone on their way outta town? Just wondering, thoughts that go through my head, not pointing the finger at any particular person.

And there is a lot of swelling after that surgery. My nephew had a brain flap after a stoke, and he looked like that, his face so swollen and it was a little scary.

CD has shown had many photos of Maleah, but not a one from her mother. He looked happy to be with her, but not a happy one of her with her mother. Remember back a the first and CD said that he wanted DV to come talk to him? Can you imagine the hell that man has been through in DV telling him no he couldn't see his child, knowing that Maleah was likely dead by then.

Keep talking DV , BB and QX. You're all going to turn on each.
