The missing child was last seen at 8:36P.M., on 09-20-2024 at the 4800 BLOCK OF W. 39TH, ODESSA, TEXAS. Police are looking for JOSE MAGDALENO DOMINGUEZ, a 42-year-old, HISPANIC, MALE, in connection with the abduction of the child. The suspect was last seen wearing TAN CAP, TAN SHIRT, TAN SHORTS. The suspect is believed to be driving a BLUE 2009 CADILLAC CTS bearing TX license plate GWX-3047. The suspect was last seen in ODESSA, TEXAS. I found court records in Ector County, Odessa, but as we do not have the birth date we cannot be sure 100% it is him

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The Ector County Sheriff’s Office confirm missing 6-year-old Maxamillius Aiden Dominguez has been found safe and is in their custody.

Sheriff Mike Griffis says they will be putting out a release Saturday evening.

Both of his parents have been arrested and charged with kidnapping.

While no other details have been released by law enforcement, jail records show that Dominguez, and the boy’s mother, identified by family as Venessa Mariscal, have been charged in connection with the child’s disappearance. Both remained in custody in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center as of Sunday morning.
