I still can't pull up the docket but I searched for hearings and there was nothing scheduled in July for Marks. That could change, of course. Keep tagging me, I'll keep trying.

The 4th column over says PT - so Pretrial hearing & next to the PT is the time - 3:30pm.

Monday, July 19th:
*Docket Hearing (@ am CT) – TX – Michael Lee Swearingin (32) & Jenna Kay Scott (28) (Jan. 4, 2019, Temple; found in Clearview, OK 1/9/19) – for *Maya Renee Maxwell (26/now 28) (Mark’s GF) arrested (1/11/19) & extradited from MI to TX (1/16/19), charged (1/16/19), indicted (4/3/19) & arraigned (4/26/19) with capital murder of multiple persons & 3rd degree tampering or fabricating physical evidence. $750K bond. Bond reduction denied (8/18/20).
Maxwell admitted in an arrest affidavit she took Swearingin’s car and drove it to Austin to hide it, was in the house with Marks when he reportedly killed Swearingin and Scott, drove with him to Oklahoma and was there when the bodies were buried.
Trial was set to begin on 3/1/21 continued to 11/15/21.

3/12/21 Update: Next status hearing on 3/16/21. 3/16/21 Update: Next status hearing on 6/4/21. 6/4/21 Update: The jury trial for Capital Murder suspect Maxwell is set for 11/15/21. 426th Judicial District Court Judge Steve Duskie set that date Friday during a hearing. During the same hearing, attorneys for Maxwell asked the judge to reduce her bond, but he denied the request. 6/3/21: Docket: Returned State subpoena to Det. Ashley Flores. 6/4/21 Update: status hearing was cancelled. Docket: SH Special hearing. Order: Ex-parte. 6/15/21: Write of Habeas Corpus seeking bail reduction served 5/26/21.
6/4/21 Update: Next docket re jury trial on 7/19/21, Motion to Suppress granted or denied (OCA) on 8/24/21 @ 1:30pm & trial is set to begin on 11/15/21 @ 9am.
*Cedric Joseph Marks – Next pretrial hearing on 8/4/21.
*Ginell Marie McDonough – 1/31/20: Plead guilty. Sentencing was on 11/19/20: charges dismissed will testify against Marks.
