A family member (her aunt) on FB confirmed her current hair color. So it looks like the photo in the opening of the thread is a good likeness. Hope she is found soon!

Police said there were no obvious signs of trauma or foul play. The cause and manner of death have yet to be determined, but there is one person investigators want to find.

Police released surveillance images of a man and his car, a Dodge Challenger. The images are from the same parking garage where Alcantar was found.

"He would have been, in theory, the last person to see her," Amador said. "That person should come forward and should say if they're involved in any way. There's an investigation. There's no reason to hide. They're going to find you."

Alcantar's aunt Bryony Amador told CBS affiliate KHOU: "This is a horror movie. My family and I searched for her. [We] thought of all the possible locations and scenarios, and hired a private investigator, but we had no idea where to look. None."

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police believe a man previously called a person of interest after a woman was found dead in a car parked in a busy west Houston parking garage was not involved in her death.

*****
It was the media that called him a "person of interest" not LE. From what I read, he was simply seen on camera in the garage that night, and might have been the last person to see her. LE stated he was just someone they wanted to find and talk to. Body found in parking garage in Chinatown identified as missing 22-year-old woman The family may receive more information as to what caused her death, and often if the causal factors involve toxicology tests, the public may never know, that's the families choice to release that as it should be. I'm just thankful they have her for proper burial.
