Hey PFC Gullien,

Remember, you died ridding the US Army of a lazy lowlife.
I mean General* Efflient who is MOO currently clocking months in a sham position till retirement, planning to soak the taxpayers for as much as he can in his retirement.

He showed his lack of leadership early on in regards your disappearance.

His self-interested PCs, were obvious as he tried to spin a tale of "soldier violence on soldier violence." Pointedly he kept calling you "Specialist."

The "tell" of bad officer, unpacked, it means you were equals as in "those animals kill each other all the time."

How long do you think it took all of Ft. Hood to know that a no one was in charge after Efflient took command?
A day, and hour, 30 minutes?

I'm wondering if this is recent - the article is dated Aug. 16, but don't find anything on the Judge's calendar

WACO, Texas — Last week Cecily Aguilar entered a not guilty plea on federal charges in her alleged role in Vanessa Guillen's murder.

Aguilar was first indicted last year on one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence and two counts of tampering with evidence.
[.....]
Aguilar's next court date has not been set yet.

Was there a hearing on 8/16 - in those other articles? TIA!

Killeen woman pleads not guilty to federal charges related to Guillen murder

Cecily Aguilar, 23, initially was indicted on July 14, 2020, on one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence and two counts of tampering with evidence. Nearly a year later, on July 13, Aguilar was re-indicted by a federal grand jury on eleven counts: four counts of false statement or representation; three counts of accessory after the fact; two counts of tampering with documents or proceedings; and one count each of conspiracy to tamper with documents or proceedings, and destruction, alteration or falsification of records in a federal investigation.

On Aug. 11, Aguilar’s defense attorney submitted a waiver of arraignment to the court in which Aguilar pleaded not guilty to the charges. In his order filed the next day, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske accepted the plea.

As of Monday, no hearings or a new trial date have been set by the court in Aguilar’s case.

So... what happened on Monday - was no hearing, but her attorney's just submitted that waiver - correct?

TIA! :) Sorry to bother you ! Just want to keep my notes straight! ;)

Aguilar attorneys file motion to dismiss second indictment in Guillen murder case

In the 33-page motion, defense attorneys argue that the new indictment against their client should be dismissed for not being detailed,
for failing to adequately state the offense and for violating the Fifth Amendment’s double jeopardy clause.

This is so annoying! Clearly, Aguilar's defense taking advantage of this case filed in federal court and will continue to delay justice for Vanessa.

Recalling that charges were initially filed via federal complaint from information in CA's confession. Soon after, CA was also indicted by a federal grand jury, followed by the defense motioning for CA's confession to be dismissed which the court rejected.

Reportedly, CA was re-indicted by a federal grand jury on July 13, on a total of
eleven counts:

four counts of false statement or representation;

three counts of accessory after the fact;

two counts of tampering with documents or proceedings; and

one count each of conspiracy to tamper with documents or proceedings, and destruction, alteration or falsification of records in a federal investigation.

And now CA seeking to dismiss the latest 11 charge indictment! :mad::mad:

Cecily Aguilar's defense wants all eleven counts against her dismissed. The judge will rule on the motion in November.

WACO, Texas — A federal court judge in Waco set a hearing date Wednesday on a motion to dismiss the indictment of Cecily Aguilar. Aguilar is the only person charged in connection to the death of Fort Hood soldier Spc. Vanessa Guillen.

And since it didn't have a date in the article - I looked her up the court site:
