*Trial continues (Day 5) (@ 9am CT) – TX – Sierra Makayla Patino (5) (died August 27, 2019, found in closet on Sept. 2, 2019, Houston) – *Santiago Esparza, Jr. aka Santiago Esparza Resendez (true name) (30/now 32) (BF) arrested & charged (9/7/19) & indicted (1/15/20 arraignment was cancelled) with felony tampering with evidence, a human corpse. $100K bond. Bonded out (3/29/21) on GPS monitoring. Bond denied (7/22/22).
Trial began on 7/18/22. Verdict rendered 7/22/22 – guilty, bond denied.

Bonded reset (1/14/20) at $25K, bonded out (3/14/20).
Confessed Sierra died 8/27/19 from ingesting chemicals.
