Yeah, it's more groundless ex post facto speculation that attempts to explain the "Saran Wrap" (or whatever it is) and the presence of the BATF. There is no real evidence to support the speculation.

Here is my list:

1. Clothing.

2. Professional Breach Equipment (the tools used to pry open doors and such).

3. Even though the person is right-handed (see use of hammer), opens doors and uses flashlight with LEFT hand, which would be standard LE training procedure so you keep your dominant hand free in case you need to draw your service weapon.

4. The way they hold the flashlight up to eye level instead of extending it out. (think HGN test, when the officer flashes the light in a DWI suspect's eyes)

5. The way the perp seems to slightly crouch and peer around corners, opens all unlocked doors as though a security check.

6. Methodical way of checking the building---first checks all exterior rooms clockwise and then interior rooms clockwise.

7. Perp reaches for something near his/her throat (in front of bulletin board) that appears to be keying a microphone.

I wanted to bump this because it has some good input from a local.

IMO...The FB post she made the night before was never a factor.

1.) The person had prior knowledge of the class bc of the tactical gear worn. On a Sunday night, they couldn't see a posting on FB and then go out and find brand new tactical gear.

2). They had prior knowledge of the broken cameras outside. They also seem to know when campers would have arrived and needed to be out by then. There's no way all that planning went down after she made a posting that night. It had to already be in the works.

3.) In our town, it's fairly common to have each other's cell phones, especially especially bc of her 3 daughters. Most in Missy's fitness class have children who are friends with their daughters. The campers probably had BB's cell more so bc of the children than the fitness class.

4.) I suspect the police said it was an accident or car crash until they spoke with BB to get his reaction and see what he might ask back when told of them crime. If he heard the nature of the crime before police got to speak to him, they'd never know how he reacted initially.

5.) I still hold close the fact that LE stated early on that they would not release the cause of death/autopsy bc it would be something only the killer might know. Only the warrant mentioned the tool. IMO... This sounds like a possible murder for hire. Two people involved, the other can only divulge key information about the crime if they knew about it.

6.) We still can't rule out that it might be a fellow business associate bc of the main searches to her truck and financials. She had recently went on a business trip to Austin with fellow trainers in this business that's very much almost like a pyramid setup. She was competing with fellow trainers on turf in a town with a select number of people. Missy was very popular and would have all the clients. I think it's fair to consider that motive especially bc the trainers would know when others might arrive and the setup of security. I'm not pointing figures, just opening up the theory that it was a financially-motivated crime.

I was confused: I thought you meant the 'do you see a person standing by the desk' was the decoy ! I think the doofus with police jacket was alone & he's a local who drives a motorcycle & is around Missy's age, little older prob', knew Missy & her hubby socially, has a live in wife most likely or at least live in SO, oh, he drinks beer, wears biker old/middle/age/men bandanas in real life sometimes, wears glasses in real life (NOT contacts), & he's got a thing about LE as so many do (it's his choice for halloween time).

I think murderer is smart esp. in the neat knick ways, leave no dna, no prints, no tire tracks, bury all evidence (cuz' this is a big rural area so the guy would have a place to do that & have it all dug-out b4 the kill - I think he covered all those basics. It's those funny flip-out feet & his gait that's got him shaky now.

I think his wife is a boozer. I think this killer's wife is not like Harris/HotCar's wife - this wife is a boozer, the dyed blonde biker sort, I see tanning bed!!!, out to bars with her man

There's a pretty strong theory around town today that the person in the video is a decoy. Many believe they purposefully did strange things to throw everyone off while the real murderer stayed in waiting off camera. They knew we'd all sit here and dissect the strange things the decoy does and speculate whether it was a burglary. We know the crime happened off camera and it's an interesting theory considering that a few people on here thought they saw another person in the distance.

I don't think it was decoy, but having it happen off-camera and nothing on the timeline when the perp left the building or the parking lot does mean any number of things could happen. At this point I don't know if the perp thought they were being recorded and to me if they thought they were being recorded and were acting, they would have acted more like a burglar and ransacked the place quickly and actually broken into doors instead of just going into unlocked doors and giving up after less than a minute on a locked door.

I'm not aware of biker gear that has a headlamp underneath the visor. Actually just watching it closely, I'm not sure if the headlamp is part of the helmet or part of whatever eyewear was being worn.

Respectfully, I disagree. I have paused this video over and over so many times and I am positive that I see a headlamp too (very clearly at 1:47). MOO.

That video was recorded 20+ minutes before she arrived. She likely had not even left her home at that point. As has already been stated, the light is from the interior hallway lights. If you pause the video enough times, you can see anything you want.

From what I've read, each trainer is kind of a franchise for the company, and the company wants lots of locations to entice participants due to the flexibility of many times and locations. So it doesn't seem like Missy was competing with anyone, unless there was someone else who tried to get a franchise and couldn't for some reason.

Actually this makes sense. Explains the nonchalant behavior better than any other theory, with the exception of some form of mental illness. My opinion.
