Thomas Louis Van Hook, 56, was found guilty Tuesday, March 23, of failure to comply with sex offender registration. On Wednesday, March 24, a jury sentenced Van Hook to 40 years in prison...

At Van Hook's house, officers found what Chief Deputy Ralph Nichols described in 2009 as sexual paraphernalia.

"There was dolls and stuff like that, several items," he said.

More children items like clothes, potty training seats, bathroom items, toys, clothing magazine for children and toe nail polish were also found in the home.
