Strange how "Ali" was reportedly in his 30s, yet the arrested man is 50... Have residents massively underestimated his age or is this a different man altogether? That's a relief!
Very strange!!! Lets hope they've got the right guy. Surprising lack of info!Strange how "Ali" was reportedly in his 30s, yet the arrested man is 50... Have residents massively underestimated his age or is this a different man altogether?

Last night, detectives arrested a 50-year-old man and this morning a 34-year-old man was detained. Neither have been named and they are both currently being questioned.

I think it's murders in London this calendar year. Can anyone tell me what the image at the bottom of this article is? The map of London with the numbers and the names on? Is this a list of missing people they think it could be? Or bodies found? Why are the months all around the same time of year?
Police arrest two men for murder after bodies of two women are found 'in freezer' | Daily Mail Online
I think it's murders in London this calendar year.
Ah, ok so it's a 'so far' list, that explains the months! Sorry, lol, must have been quite tired.
Pretty shocking tbh. Not least because of the 'unknown' people who appear to have been murdered who haven't even been identified. Extremely sad.
It could take a week to identify the bodies of two women found in a freezer in an east London flat, police have said.
The bodies were found frozen, clothed and on top of each other at the flat in Vandome Close, Canning Town on Friday.
DNA had been taken from the women, but no match was found, he added.
"We are working 24/7 to identify these two females," he added.
Mr Harding said there were no signs of any injuries on the women and he explained it was too complex to say whether they were "whole".
Two men, aged 50 and 34, were arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday.
The 50-year-old has been released while inquiries continue while the 34-year-old remains in custody.
"They are in a chest freezer. One body on top of the other. Being in a chest freezer anyway has caused the bodies to fuse."
