The streetview was filmed August last year. There's a board up stating "Development Opportunity. 1.5 Acres. Planning Permission for 5 bed house. With Commercial Buildings and CLEUD".

CLEUD stands for Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or Development.

A Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) is a certificate that is legally granted by a Local Planning Authority to retrospectively legalise a previously unauthorised development. Or to confirm development was carried out inline with an approved permission. The CLEUD certifies that an existing building/use is lawful and it will prevent any enforcement action being taken. The granting of a CLEUD application only applies to the lawfulness of the existing development. It doesn’t remove the requirement to comply with any other legal requirements.

A development can become lawful, and exempt from enforcement if it has been in situ for a specified period of time. In most cases, development becomes immune if no action is taken, between 4-10 years depending on development. Link A practical guide to a Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or Development

I do wonder if the murders were financially motivated.

On Tuesday, a hearing took place at Bristol Crown Court before His Honour Judge Picton.

Warrington was absent from the hearing, having been transferred to Broadmoor Hospital, a high-security psychiatric facility.

A nine-day trial has been fixed for August 30 and is expected to take place at either Bristol or Gloucester Crown Court.

A pre-trial preparation hearing was arranged for April 4 at Bristol Crown Court.

Really sad statement from his siblings in the Mirror article relating to the decline in his mental health and how the deaths were preventable:

Warrington's brother and sister, in a statement read to the court, said their parents' deaths had been "preventable" and they have "lost all confidence in the government agencies responsible for managing and responding to mental health crises and domestic abuse."

"William's mental health has visibly been in decline for the past decade and the deterioration accelerated due to a deficiency in support for William. As he lost his mind we lost our brother."

In a statement read to the court, his family said: "Our worst nightmares were realised in the crimes that were committed on March 2, 2022.

"We couldn't have foreseen the events of that day, however, weeks prior fears for the safety of the family had been communicated to the emergency services, Gloucestershire police and the NHS care trust at Wotton Lawn hospital.

"Our fears were confirmed when our parents were brutally murdered by our brother… We firmly believe he continues to pose a continued threat to the family. He is being treated at Broadmoor. The idea that he might one day be released is horrifying. We remain living in fear for our safety."
