I wonder how long it will take for all the bits that puzzled us to come to light now?
I wonder who's car he used to dispose of the body?
Perhaps the same person who phoned the Police. The sobbing girl?

Mr Tabak was often seen cycling in the Clifton area. Another neighbour said she was not aware that he had a car, adding: "I think he cycles to Clifton Down train station on his way to work in Bath."

Perahaps there's an accomplice, and more arrests to come?

Me neither.
Totally baffled as to the relevance?

Did speculate that if the walls were paper-thin (as a previous tenant of VT's flat stated in one of the tabloids), VT might have been able to hear what was going on in JY's flat.

And from that, wondered that if VT was home that evening (as suggested by a comment that CJ had spoken to him as he returned on his bike), he might have heard if a third party entered JY's flat.

Then there is also the possibility that VT would have heard anything that went on in JY's bedroom at night ... spurring interest in the victim?

Before you all flee, could you answer me this. Where was TM on the 17th? It probably was discussed, but I can't find where.

Sorry ... I don't recall that it's been discussed, although sure to be in the future in light of recent news

I just read an article that raised a lot of questions from me. I'll post a link if I can find it.

But it said that TM wanted out of the flat because she did not want to be around where Joanne was killed.

This makes me wonder when she did move out.

I will be continuing to post through his court appearance and trial if the news covers it.

Don't go away. :innocent:

.

Thats good Patti so will I, I want to see justice prevail asap.

If VT is proven guilty lets hope they throw away the key, he has given the Yeates family and Greg and living sentance.

God Bless Jo

Jo Yeates’ Dutch next door neighbour has been arrested in relation to her murder. His flat is now reportedly being combed for evidnence in relation to Yeates' killing.
Yeates’ 32 year old neighbour Vincent Tabak was detained in the early hours of Thursday after police reportedly discovered fresh evidence.
The arrest is believed to have taken place at a house in Aberdeen Road, Clifton, at dawn this morning.
A specialist police team sealed off both ends of Canynge Road and are reportedly combing the two bedroom property Jo Yeate's neighbour, Tabak, shares with his girlfriend Tanja Morson for clues including DNS samples.
Officers reportedly had Tabak under surveillance prior to his arrest.
Tabak, described by friends as “serious minded”, was held after he returned to Britain from a holiday in Holland during the Christmas/New Year break. A Police spokeswoman said: "Police have been granted extra time to question a 32-year-old man arrested on suspicion of the murder of Jo Yeates."
The suspect is not believed to have a criminal record.

So sub judice is not relevant ? Is this because WS is not a British site ?

I guess I need to know that at this point in time if it *is* relevant in order to answer your question.

We have had cases that discussions were limited (one in Canada comes to mind) & we respected that country's limitations on discussions.

I doubt very much that there will be much to report between now and the trial itself. If the media release info it could do more damage than good. So I hope they tread very carefully.

Seems he was de-icing a car on the day of arrest so there's one available from somewhere. Could be the person in Chile or girlfriends car.

'Vincent Tabak will face Bristol Magistrates' Court on Monday accused of killing the 25-year-old.'

Is there any links to this story?
I've heard it a few times now, and he was arrested around 2 a.m?

I'm not quite sure what to believe anymore with this case.

This article has a lot of info:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukn...d-not-know-Vincent-Tabak-says-her-father.html

I don't know her circle of friends but I know of Tanja. Emily said Tanja was in the flat next door to Joanna Yeates. She mentioned Tanja and her boyfriend.

"I know Tanja said that Joanna was murdered and she didn't want to go back to her flat. Emily told me this before she went to Chile."

.

Kudos to A+S police who got on with it and got their man.

don't count your chickens before they hatch though

if it was him then great work, what if it wasn't (thats not a question for speculation by the way, just saying)
